Never again

I ordered the table . Last week in November, (website said they have it 2-3 days delivery), they bring it in something like a week. I was not at home. Because I got message at 22:00 evening that next day they are coming, I couldn’t make it. But delivery guy called me, and he drop it by my neighbors. Everything all right.
I unpack table, but leg’s doesn’t fit. Customer service contacted, tousend photos sent. They delivered legs from ovale table. And we made another appointment( I took day free). In morning 8am , SMS received they are coming about 8:30( I was sleeping), rang a bell. Until I go down they were gone. Didn’t leave any letter , paper or anything. Ok . I made another appointment. Wednesday (I took off from my work) they brought 2 chairs and they wanted to exchange for this leg from table. But I don’t need a chairs and part of table. I contacted customer service. Mistake happened, all right. Another appointment for today was made.(again vacation from work) In morning I got email, that it was cancelled because they don’t have right part for me. I called customer service, (little angry) that I want to cancel an order. And lady wanted to plan pick up appointment. And told me it is possible just in weekdays from 8am til 7pm. But I’m not able to take more free days. After one hour I called again(finally pick up someone who wanted to help)
She make an appointment for Saturday ( probably they didn’t scan it yet, that’s why the were not able to come today) but also possibility to bring leg and exchange it in store in some city.
After one hour appointment was postponed because the delivery company didn’t received package. Following with email from Laagsteprijsgarantie that package was damaged. And we can make a return pick up appointment from Monday til Friday.
My answer: was like if I can then pick it up by myself with my car today and bring it to store. Otherwise we can do this appointment in Saturday and they can pick it up all table and cancel the order.
Awaiting answer.
But now I know that is possible to make an appointment Saturdays.and I don’t know why this lady on phone repeating all the time only Monday till Friday.
Advice. Call few times , and maybe ones will pick up phone . Person who actually want to help you.

The product was fine but the instuctions were very poor

The product was fine but the instruction booklet that came with the garden furniture was very badly designed and any description was non existent.

Beautiful table but horrible delivery service

We bought a round dining table (Eettafel rond Ronsi bruin 140cm) which was backordered at the time of placing the order. But we got the table 3 weeks before the estimated delivery date, which was awesome!!! The table itself is very beautiful and of good size. Assembly was also fairly easy.
But, I have to give 2 stars because of the horrible delivery service they have. Our house is part of a new construction project, so the exact address was not yet available in Google Maps. We told the delivery guys that there was a temporary road that they could take, but they were very rude and left the heavy delivery right on the road. We had to carry it all the way home ourselves. Very bad experience!!

Update - 28 Dec 2022: Appreciate the effort of their customer service team who contacted me soon after the review was published. They understood how genuinely disappointed we were with the delivery service and offered to refund the entire shipping fee. Glad that went well. The table also still continues to make us happy :-)

Update - 10-Jan-2023: In the product description of eettafel-rond-ronsi-bruin-140cm-ronde-tafel, it is mentioned that the table would have an MDF top with a veneer layer. The smaller sizes of this table (120 cm/130 cm) will have an MDF top with a 3D print. This difference was the main reason why I went for a 140cm. I wanted a veneer top. But, after less than one month of using the table, I can see layers of 3D sticker peeling off. Its disappointing to say the least.

Missing parts

The order was not complete

The order was not complete . The item ordered was packed in 3 boxes and I was needed to wait again 4 days for package 3 of 3 .

I ordered 2 high chair for the kitchen…

I ordered 2 high chair for the kitchen bar and the first Time the leather was cut and then they sent again to me and was totally dirty of red colour (on white lather) that was impossible to remove
The only positive thing is they gae us the money back. It is a pity because in the website there are so many beautiful products!

Got a hanging chair from these guys

Got a hanging chair from these guys. The item is bulky and quite cumbersome in delivery. However was delivered the next day after purchasing! Happy with the purchase and the service.
