First things first
First things first, the table was perfect exactly what I wanted, the delivery was fast but that’s where the loss of 2 stars comes from, it was so fast that it seems they didn’t have the time to tell me when it was going to be delivered, I ordered on the Thursday around 11pm and it was delivered on Saturday, if I was informed that this was the plan I’d have been delighted but no contact.
the other problem, they delivered the package to number 2, I live in 45, I have to walk 200 yards and cross a busy road carrying a heavy table when there is a business below me who would have taken it for me in the event I wasn’t home but I wouldn’t have needed anyone to accept it for me if they had told me when it was coming I would have made sure I was home, I didn’t think this even was possible because it said on the website if you buy before 9pm on Thursday you’ll get it next day, and as I bought around 11pm I knew I had missed that window, and it specifically said on the website that they wouldn’t deliver on a Saturday because it was such a heavy item or something, I only found out that the table was delivered on the Saturday because of the honest person who accepted the table, and luckily my telephone number was on the paperwork and it took her to call me and inform me, that’s not on.
But it’s a lovely table so I’ll end the review on a high note.
After posting this review the company contacted me and the issue has been handled well, the best us as customers expect when things go wrong is that the company prove they care enough to resolve the issue and everyone leaves happy, this company have my respect back, and I would order again in future as the table was lovely
It’s a pity the other companies I’ve reviewed on trust pilot don’t take a leaf out of this company’s book, that’s how you solve the problem, and just to make everyone aware they refunded my delivery costs, not a big deal or much money but to me it shows they care about customers to try and resolve the issue. 👏🏻

I like the chairs
I like the chairs, the quality is good and they seem solid, also this is the cheapest I could find online for this model. The only inconvenience is that the delivery man didn't bring them to my apartment on the first floor and dropped them on the ground floor. There were 2 big packages of 20 Kg each so I would have appreciated a hand.
