I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. Your logistics partner is terrible and very bad for your brand and customer service. They firstly failed to deliver the sofa on the days we agreed, I am now told that the sofa is lost and they cannot dispatch another one from the warehouse. They first need to find the lost order then figure out a new date. It's been a very long and painful service dealing with AQ Living.

Missing half my order
On Sunday, October 15th, I ordered 6 "De Vince zwart velvet eetstoel" chairs.
Today, October 17th, I received two packages with only 3 chairs in it.
One package came with 2 complete chairs, while the other came with one complete chair and only the legs of the second.
This means there are two complete chairs and one upholstered part missing from my order.
I've been trying to call Aq Living the whole day, but the phone number is not working and they don't have any kind of chat that allows you to quickly reach out to them.
I sent an email and I'm now waiting to hear back. The chairs are really comfortable and beautiful, but I'm worried if I'll get my complete order or not.
UPDATE: they told me the chairs I ordered were sold out and they are expecting to be back in stock on November 21st. They asked if I would like to return the order or wait for the chairs and after asking what kind of guarantee I have that the chairs will be delivered, they said "you are 100% guaranteed to get the other chairs by then", so I chose to wait. In case they are delivered, I'll update my review to 4 stars - not 5 because no one contacted me to share what was happening before it all happened.
UPDATE 2: they called to offer me the reimbursement of the delivery, so changing the review to 3 stars. Once the remaining chairs are delivered, I'll change it to 5.
UPDATE 3: company never reimbursed my delivery costs and the chairs did not arrive in November 21st as promised. They shared the chairs will probably be delivered on December 15th, but there is no guarantee since they do drop shipping and have no control of it.
UPDATE 4: I requested them to pick up the part of the order that was delivered and provide me a full refund so we could buy our set elsewhere. Since we've been with 3 chairs for 1 month, they told us that would not be possible and they could only reimburse us for the remaining 3 that weren't delivered. After a lot of back and forward emails and us getting ready to go to court for this, they ended up deciding to do the right thing and give us a full refund.
I'm updating this to 3 starts since at the end, things were solved. But I will not be buying with them again to avoid all the stress.
If you are thinking about buying with them, I would strongly recommend reaching out to them to guarantee your full order is in stock, since the website unfortunately is not aware of how many units they have in stock for each product.

Comfy chairs at an affordable price :)
Chairs are affordable, fairly comfy and easy to assemble, only thing to note is that, originally, I did not receive all the small parts for the assembly. However, as soon as they were notified of this, they contacted me right away. After a quick phone conversation and just a few days I then received everything I was missing. Very good customer service!
