The worst experience ever - the order was delivered incomplete and it took 3 weeks of arguments with the seller to get the missing part.

Package not received
Package not received. The company claimed they have sent my order but the shipping company informed me the package was only registered online, not delivered to the shipping point. AQ living couldn’t offer me resending the item because the won’t have it in the stock until September 2024.

The oval table is wobbly
The oval table is wobbly. I have to put some extra pad to make it stable. However the wood is good quality.

Good quality and fast delivery
Piece of furniture was great, very well packaged and the price was the lowest on the internet.
The unit was delivered very fast and was slightly helped to place it down. Other than that didn't have any further interaction but that's how it's supposed to be right?

Very good support & service
I am so happy with the quality of support from AQ Living. I have ordered a dining table. The delivery was super fast. There was one minor issue in the product, contacted AQ living and they immediately contacted me and fixed the issue. I really appreciate their quick support and i strongly recommend this shop.
