I received the wrong order and still have not received a reply when I queried this. I paid extra for fast delivery which was a a waste as I did not receive what I needed (urgently) when I needed it!

The explanation on object confused my stylist lol so she assumed this was the texture release kit and admitted that she had used the same products on other people's hair to achieve the same style 🤦🏾‍♀️ I can understand why she made this initial mistake so if it could be more obvious which products are support products then these mistakes won't happen as she to this day believes this is the texture release kit and it isn't

This is my third time using AQ Online and I think they are great with their deliveries - super fast and efficient. I also found AQ Online are one of the best hair companies for pricing - not too expensive compared to many other hair companies.

Plus as a little bonus, they package the products you purchased in such a nice way too! Would definitely recommend AQ to my friends and family and I will definitely be using AQ again for in the future!
