Fantastic service from Anthony!
We recently bought a hot tub from Anthony and from start to finish he gave us exceptional customer service, we would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
Beginning with a chance visit to his showroom, he greeted us warmly and patiently answered all our questions. He spent time helping us make our decision on which hot tub was best for us, asking very helpful questions and guiding us through all the choices available without applying any pressure or pushing urgency on to us. We came back to the show room twice, then he came to our house for a site survey and even met as at one of his existing customer houses to show us the set up that includes the air source heat pump. He carefully helped us make the right decision and we are so happy with the outcome! The Hot Tub is amazing; we went for the vortex mercury and it’s perfect (it has two loungers which is just what we needed, but room for the kids too). Anthony and his installer were so professional, friendly and helpful. We have recently have had a garden upgrade and they took so much care over our newly laid patio, to make sure the installation left no unintended trace (I.e. scratches on our new porcelain slabs) that we knew we were in safe hands!
Anthony’s knowledge and experience really helped us make our final decision - it’s a big investment and we didn’t want to get it wrong - he helped us and took time with us to make sure we were happy before going ahead with any financial commitment - something that was very reassuring to us that he wasn’t just pushing the sale, he genuinely wanted to help!

This was my second purchase. When I sold my house I had to leave the spa.
I immediately bought another one at my new house. I had a wonderful experiences dealing with James G. at the Mesa store. He was fantastic on all fronts.There was a tiny issue with my Drs. prescription coming in late, which saved me $$$ on the tax. James took the issue and smoothed it out within an hour. Thanks again James and a shout out to Tyler too!

Following our previous hot tub being severely damaged by a mini tornado, David was the only person that was prepared to come out to assess the damage, even though our hot tub had been supplied elsewhere.
Unlike other contractors involved in resolving the damage to our property David has been the only reliable person that we have dealt with. He arrived to inspect our damaged hot tub on the day and time that was agreed, he provided an in depth report for our insurers and dealt with the necessary paperwork for the insurers to approve the replacement of our damaged tub.
At all times David had kept us informed on the status of delivery times etc and if we needed a question answered, we always received an answer, unlike every other contractor that we have had to deal with.
David throughout the whole process has been exemplary providing information when required, advice and we have never felt pressured at any stage.
I am a company owner and pride myself on delivering totally focussed customer service and it has been most refreshing to find that David delivers exactly the same.
The Vortex Cobalt hot tub was installed by the installation team without any fuss and they deserve a mention as well,
The initial experience of the tornado was traumatic to say the least, but David and his whole team have made this part of the process stress free and we are delighted with every aspect of the service we have received.
Would I recommend Aqua Living ? Well I would recommend anyone that is looking for a hot tub or swim pool to contact David (wherever you may reside) if you want the absolute best advice, with no hard sell and a customer experience that is second to none, then contact in my opinion and experience, the best that there is, David at Aqua Living.

Highly recommend Aqua-Living. David has supported us from our first visit to their premises, all the way through the ordering and delivery process, then throughout the aftercare enabling us to quickly understand and achieve the smooth running of our hot tub.
On our first visit David was very professional and informative supplying us with all the information we needed in order to purchase the correct hot tub for our needs, namely a Vortex Cobalt.
We were not pressurised in making a decision on the spot and we were able to take our time discussing all aspects with David, without feeling we were taking up too much of his time.
Due to COVID and material delays we had to postpone our delivery several times. Liaising with David was easy, there were no issues with rearranging dates we were again totally supported throughout our build.
Once we had a confirmed delivery date, the hot tub was delivered and installed whilst we received advise and instructions on how to get the best out of our purchase.
There was a slight issue with cloudy water, which I discussed with David who took the time to explain why this was happening and this issue was quickly rectified which has enabled us to enjoy our purchase to the maximum.
Would I recommend David at Aqua-Living, most definitely!!!!

If you are looking for a quality hot tub then I totally recommend Aqua living supply you with one of your dreams.

We took our time and assessed a number of national suppliers and found the advice and guidance to be the most helpful from the team in kettering.

You only really know how good a supplier is when things either go wrong or u need advice,well we haven't had to call on these services yet but feel sure from our experience we would be treated with total understanding and help should we need it.

I fully expect us to buy another one at any future property

Absolutely amazing experience with this company. The showroom has lots of hot tubs to view and the staff were so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. Once I purchased one David came round to organise delivery, even the delivery men were amazing!!! I have nothing negative to say at all. HIGHLY recommend this local company!!

Purchased a Vortex Aquagym spa from David at Aqua-living. Very pleased with the purchased product and support provided. We did encounter delays on delivery given covid related shipping issues but were kept well informed on progress and impact was manageable. Thanks for the help David!

David and his team at Aqua Living have been superb throughout, from my initial test swim, through the consultation regarding options, and also through the delivery process. On the latter, this was during the pandemic and shipping crisis, so whilst there were delays, these were macro global issues, and David kept us informed throughout with realistic timelines.
The consultation around delivery and installation was thorough and left us in no doubt of the process.
Aftercare has also been great (the SwimSpa was delivered and installed about six weeks ago), and we continue to receive advice on matters such as chemical purchases and maintenance for the unit.
(We purchased the Vortex Aqualap ProPlus)

We spent a lot of time researching hot tubs and settled with the Vortex. The hot tub is amazing and service including the installation guys has been brilliant. We were kept up to date with regards delivery dates. We all are involved in alot of sport and no doubt this will help sooth some aching joints as well as give the family many good times. Great company!!

Service typical of "Today". Very keen to make a sale and take your money and then when there's an issue there's always an excuse.

I purchased a swim spa for circa £27,000 which was not supplied with the correct specification. One month on i have a swim spa which is not as i have ordered and also has an issue with lighting.

Aqua living are waiting for parts to clear customs, which is odd when parts are available in the UK. They are also refusing to supply build specifications.

Having been let down by another company David was absolutely brilliant. From the point of placing our order to installation the service we received was absolutely top notch. Nothing was too much trouble and as for our hot tub we could not be happier. I would recommend them a gain and agin. Thank you David and Anthony

A great experience from the start.first meet Antony who helped me with my initial questions on my first visit.then great communication and service throughout the sale and installation my David. Would highly recommend this company and the hydro 2 spa is so worth the the investment love it

We ordered a Hot Tub from Aqua Living , the process was very easy , David quoted a price , gave us a small reduction as my Wife is Nurse, the installation team turned up at the promised date and time , the Hiab turn up at the agreed time , Gig from the installation team had the Hot Tub on the slab within 15mins, all was carried out in a very smoothly, Gig got the panels attached the cover lifter and started to fill the tub. This took a couple of hours , Gig explained the running of the Tub and left the site clean and tidy. We are very please with the service from Aqua Living and hope we have years of fun in the garden .

Excellent service from start to finish. David who we communicated with at Aqua Living was informative and very polite. We bought unseen during Covid lockdown and was not disappointed. The whole process was easy and stress free.
The delivery and set up was faultless - great father and son partnership.

Brilliant service by the team and so pleased with our hot tub. Quick responses to any queries we had, efficient and extremely helpful! Would highly recommend.
