We have had our soft tub for four years and have enjoyed it. It is easy to use and reasonable cost to run. I do the regular maintenance on it but really wanted to have it serviced as I wasn’t sure how to disconnect everything I gave them a call and asked if they could service it in my garden ? Anyway I was able to wait a few weeks for a ‘passing’ engineer who fully serviced everything ! He was a lovely chap who was there for ages and we now have a fully restored tub ready to face the coming summer . Thank you soft tub!!!

Chose Softub on the basis of running costs environmental factors etc.
Problem with control panel resulted in £600 bill, thus negating any energy saving benefit.
We're not stupid we know that component cost is negligible but supplier can't resist opportunity to shaft you as you have no alternative repairer.
Sofub is expensive, it looks like an inflatable. Give it a miss.
Didn't want to labour review however having read response I feel I need to point out the ridiculous figures quoted.
What spa, buyers guide quotes an annual running cost for a conventional spa to be £500 per year,(electricity cost) I've owned my softub for 4 years. Do I need to go on?

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the repair service you received recently. If Softub were a cheap, mass produced Chinese product then you are absolutely right, the components would be cheaper. However, Softub is a unique product that is largely hand crafted in the US and has a relatively small production line which does unfortunately have an impact on the cost of parts.
In terms of running costs it is however hands down the most energy efficient product on the market and will have saved you approximately £6000 in running costs over the course of your hot tub ownership so far (over £10k compared to one of the inflatables you mentioned) so while we completely appreciate that it is frustrating when things go wrong and that it is never nice to be landed with a repair bill we hope that you will still be able to enjoy your Softub and the savings it brings you every year.
Bought our soft tub second hand and we love it. So easy to move around, easy maintenance, looks good. Great customer service when my husband rang the company to discuss keeping it clean. Only thing i would change is temperature display is faint and not always easy to read. The sides of the hot tub are slightly lower than a lazy spa (not so good for tall people like myself) but overall it's fab and worth every penny. I would like to purchase a drinks holder but i don't seem to be able to find one for it?
Best Buy ever, great service from Caroline who organised every thing, quick efficient install off joe.

We bought our hot tub about 3 years ago and absolutely love it. It was very easy to install and the staff are all very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a hot tub !!

Great service and help from Joe on all our many questions before we took the plunge on getting our softub. So far it's been great and it's good to know that Joe and the softub team are just down the road should we have any issues but the product is great and not using much electric! which was my biggest concern with these, but the softub is a very clever tub :)

The delivery of our Softub was exactly as arranged and they set it up and explained everything about maintaining it in understandable detail. We have had it for over 2 years and we have been very impressed with the product, it's usability and the email and phone call support.
