The customer service is excellent. From the time we purchased the soft tub at the South of England Show, to delivery and installation, with follow up reminders to change the water and filters etc, the service has been exceptionally good - very friendly, very efficient and totally reliable.

Well, our Malton hot tub is now installed in our garden, surrounded by some fine wooden decking. From initial enquiry, through visiting the showroom to quotation, purchase and installation, it has been an admirably smooth experience. Caroline, Geoff and colleagues have been knowledgeable and helpful. And for the hot tub itself - marvellous! Those water jets on the soles of your feet are so relaxing! Thank you again!

Lovely service from start to finish. Caroline in the office and Craig who handled the delivery were both wonderful to deal with — a real credit to the company. We’re really happy and feel privileged to have been able to purchase a hot tub. A luxury. The hot tub we purchased is also proving to be very economical on our smart meter, which has been a pleasant surprise for electricity consumption. Would highly recommend.

Went in to purchase a hottub and ended up ordering a Softub , Caroline was very helpful explaining all the benefits of the Softub over the Hottub.
Delivery was as agreed and Craig delivered and installed the tub taking time to explain the controls and water treatment and answer our questions

We’ve just had our soft tub installed with the surround and gazebo, and can highly recommend the product and the company. From the moment we placed the order the customer service has been fantastic. We were kept up to date with delivery schedules and changes to the order. The installation was very tricky as the location was in a windy spot so the gazebo had to be bolted onto reinforced concrete with special fixings. The engineer was fantastic and was happy to move the tub and gazebo around to make sure the positioning was perfect to make the most of the views, and gave us lots of tips on how to maintain it and keep it clean.

Customer care is exceptional. From the first phone call with Daniella, meeting her for a wet test, to the installation with Craig, superb. Courteous, kind, informative and patient.
Access was always going to be tricksy, but it was dealt with calmly and professionally, preplanning with video calls.
And what can I say about the product? Due to space, I purchased the Ripon. It may be smaller in size, and budget, but it is mighty in comfort and relaxation.

Spar was delivered on the Wednesday.

After I purchased a brand new hot tub from wellis and having nothing but issues, I contact hot tubs & living for advice. They were great from the start and immediately offered help, I had an engineer come out to do an independent report , he was very knowledgable and talked me through everything. I had the report done and sent to me immediately, I was very impressed. Customer service was excellent I would highly recommend and would definitely buy my next hot tub for them.

What can I say? Daniela and the team went over and above board to meet my needs. We found the perfect hot tub for me. She explained how everything worked and which was the best tub for me and my budget. They offer after service products and aromatherapy packages to use in your hot tub.

Was in desperate need for an engineer to fix a fault with a hot tub I have at my holiday let. Initially spoke with Daniela who was extremely helpful and quick to book an engineer out. Craig visited the property and was fast in finding the fault, honestly best service I’ve received from a hot tub company would highly recommend.

Rarely would I use the word "Awesome" for customer service these days but the installation of our Softub warrants it! An almost impossible access into our basement meant we thought it would have to go back after the delivery and first attempt - but No. The team returned the next day and solved the issue with careful manipulation of the unit through a very tight staircase turn. We turned from being pretty disappointed to delighted. excellent briefing on maintaining the tub. We have yet to be able to use it but the minute the temperature is up and we do the initial treatments we will be in it. Thankyou so much for your efforts.

We were offered a great trade in price (this is our third hot tub) and our new tub arrived yesterday. It was delivered and installed by Wayne, who was a very nice friendly chap! He worked hard to ensure the tub was up and running, despite a few issues having to get the tub through our house! The tub is still heating up this morning so we've yet to try it, but we know our 30 years of owning a Softub will continue for many more!

We got a great deal trading in our old hottub for a new Softub Portico. It was delivered and installed this week by two lovely men and we absolutely love it. Thank you, Daniela!

They couldn't be more helpful. Installation was brilliant and Phil the installer was a really friendly helpful guy. The softub uses a fraction of the energy my previous hot tub used and will pay for itself in savings. The Softub is great and so is the service from this excellent company.

Had a great experience with those guys. We did not know which tub to choose as they all have their pro and cons but their questions helped them guide us. We now have a Softub, which is AMAZING! We don't need anybody to take care of it, it is so easy to do so ourselves :). The process was smooth, even the installation - Joe (who installed the tub) gave us great tips as well and within a couple of hours, the tub was up and running! I really can't recommend them enough if you are serious about getting a hot tub that suits your needs. Thanks guys!

Joe and the team at Hot Tubs & Living have been superb to deal with and we can't praise them highly enough. Their professionalism and communication has been second to none and all their staff have been a delight. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and we have felt like we've been in excellent and expert hands right from the start. Genuinely lovely people and a fantastic product and service.

From start to finish the whole experience was a pleasure. The sales team and Phil the installer could not have been more helpful, a wonderful ambassador for the company. It hasn’t stopped raining and blowing a gale since we switched it on so we are looking forward to using it for the first time soon.
