I ordered two bulbs which arrived very quickly but one proved to be faulty. I emailed the company saying I would return the faulty bulb and request a replacement. They immediately responded to say they would send a replacement and I need not bother to return the faulty one.
Replacement bulb arrived in two days, all good.
