Really helpful people, couldn’t fault them. I hadn’t dealt with them before as they’d taken over the firm I used to buy from. Sorted me out in no time. Parcel arrived quite quickly.

Packaging poor all rolling around together. Accounts department clueless. We miss aquamatic.

I contacted Aqua Cure to confirm the availability of a kitchen tap before placing an order.

However, right after making the payment, I received notification that the item was, in fact, not in stock.

This marks the second instance of a company failing to meet my expectations in the search for the same tap.

It seems that certain companies prioritize securing payment over ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.

Ordered a new tap as the other one is to short, standard delivery took a week, no pipe attached as I was told,no problem so I ordered a pipe, paid for first class delivery and this took over a week, have yet to fit it all yet !

Quick service and despite the tube I purchased being faulty it was replaced and a new fully functional one arrived the following day.

Correct product delivered in a timely fashion. Easy to use web site.

Great service as usual from Aqua Cure. They had what I needed in stock and at a competitive price, delivered within a couple of days. What's not to like. Five stars.

The product was exactly what I ordered, shipping information was prompt and clear, delivery was quick, the product solved the problem.

Looks to be a quality product that was easy to fit. Pipe thread identical to the previous from a different manufacturer. Instruction diagram clear. Unclear if it is possible to replace the tap valve should this need doing in the future.

This company, especially Brian are a complete scam and con and highly unprofessional. They did not even carry out any leak detection - blaming my boiler, which their so called engineer left the Pressure valve open on and broke the pressure gauge. Just before he left Within 5 mins he pulled up a floor board and took 2 photos. When I called Brian (manager) infront of the engineer to object - as the leak detection could not be carried out, he stated it was a ordinary plumbing job and he had to charge me £200+ vat for a simple call out. He was not there for more than 20 mins. I have now receive a contrived report and invoice for £594.00 three weeks afterwards.Avoid them at all cost. I will be passing this invoice to a lawyer.

Brian at AquaKare was amazing, so professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Explaining every aspect to me and really taking care of the problem.
