Erin at Aqua Cure was very helpful in sourcing and organising delivery of 19 litre bottles to our company, always updating on information relating to the order and delivery time. We be reordering again in the near future.

Disliked the very narrow flexible pipe 22mm fittings supplied for a large water softner the same size pipe can be supplied with a larger flexible pipe but with the same 22mm fittings

Having been a trade customer for over 30 years, a little disappointed that an order was taking 2 weeks for delivery.....then when it did not arrive, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks!!!So I said I would cancel and go elsewhere.Then after the weekend, I called to speak to Customer Services manager to tell them of my experience and she said the order was being despatched that day!,,and could not explain why I had been told a completely different date.....
The items arrived...let’s hope my next experience is not so difficult.....
