Absolute garbage. After the 1st use my waterproof duffel bag had the very thin interior waterproof layer exfoliating and cracking, so not waterproof anymore...

Useful piece of kit.
I wanted to be able too carry my walkie talkie at work in a better position than on my belt where I find it difficult to use. This product enables me to do that.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is a little flimsy so the walkie talkie hangs away from the body, however tight I make it. It also has a tendency to slip around where it attaches to my belt and I have to adjust it 2 or 3 times a day. However it is a useful piece of kit at a reasonable price.

Aquapac refused to pay refund agreed by sales agent
Sometimes you have to call out poor customer service so other buyers don’t experience the same issue.
I purchased an Aquapac phone case as I’d previously had good experience using their products. Unfortunately I didn’t get on well with it as they’ve changed the clip and I find this version very difficult to open and close (several friends I asked to help had the same issue). I contacted them and they agreed to offer me a 100% refund as there weren’t any other alternative products suitable for me.
Great I thought! Went out and purchased a replacement case which is so easy to use!
Now Aquapac won’t honour the refund!
Terrible terrible customer service hence sharing to warn others.
