The filter set up and delivery
The filter set up and delivery and quality were great. It is the replacement filters I had an issue with. I did not want a subscription...I just wanted to buy some filters. The only option I could see was a subscription. After this original review was posted the company contacted me an made it right. They had my file open and knew the filters I needed and sold me what I needed with no subscription.

I signed every 12 months and they started to charge my credit card and send every 3 months the wrong the filters You can't reach anyone vy phone and when I finally got a refund it was $50 short of what they charged my card I've tried to cancel the subscription but there is nowhere to do so Very bad business Beware
