Excellent service with nice healthy fish

Ordered a Half-Banded Spiny Eel

Very satisfying order, delivery arrived 3 hours earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Stock in perfect health and ate the day after being added to the tank (Eels normally go a week or two without eating while setting). Came in a really good size which was roughly 3 inches and packed really safely, double bagged and had heat packs.

I would recommend this company, my puffer was perfect bright and happy ,my fish were thriving on arrival, my my african dwarf frogs were lively very happy with my order everything was packed perfectly will definitely use aquatropics in future 5 star service thankyou

This is the second time I have purchased from Aquatropics.
The first time was three years ago. All the original fish are still doing well. So when it came time to purchase more fish it was a no brainer to purchase from them again.

This was the first time ordering live fish online since my local fish store didn't have the fish I wanted (celestial pearl danios). The fish arrived next day early morning all alive and well. Floated the bags and drip acclimated the fish for an hour and a half and put them in my tank. It's been 2 days and all the fish are in good health and very active. Will definitely order from them again

Placed an order and just had delivery from Aquatropics, no nonsense process from start to finish. The packing and care for the crabs was excellent, delivery dates and info provided was spot on. Would not hesitate recommending them or using them in the future

I placed my order for 8 Lamprologus Multifasciatus (Multi Shelldwellers) on 24th March 2026. A week later, they arrived as promised, healthy and happy.

I have deliberately left my review till now so I can fairly and accurately report on the health and wellbeing of my fish after some time has passed.

The fish were packaged extremely well with a carbon sachet and plastic ribbons which, I presume, reduce water sloshing and reduce stress. Although the box was not labelled as containing fish, it was clearly marked as fragile.

Communication was excellent throughout and the fish arrived when promised.

The fish were juvenile and fairly small but are growing fast and are all in perfect health. I have no issue with the size as it is reflected in the great price and I think being smaller would surely make shipping safer for the fish (more room and reduced water fouling).

I did have reservations about ordering fish via post but had difficulty sourcing these specimens locally however, this has been a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to order again in the future.

I bought 3 land hermit crabs from Aquatropics London and was very pleased with my delivery. The little crabbies were very well 'packed' and survived their journer, which was a special 24 hour deliver.

Fish arrived safely and were very well packed. Excellent value for money. They are now in the tank, seem settled and looking good. Excellent customer service.

The 2 snails have settled in well and doing their job of cleaning the algae very pleased with their delivery although the price of delivery was a little steep in price

I ordered some Corydora and was really impressed with the care taken to ensure the fish had a safe and stress free journey. All were alive and well, and even spawned 2 days later. Beautiful, healthy, well cared for fish - highly recommend!

Have ordered from Aquatropics before and wasn't dissapointed and can honestly say the same again. Ordered 5 angelfish which were delivered very healthy in an extremely well packaged box.

Have used quite a few other online retailers but have to say that Aquatropics are possibly the best I've used. Great selection of fish and they take extreme care to ensure the fishes health is prioritised.

Hiya, we were very impressed with the variety of fish available plus other items online to buy. When they found out our rural location they sorted an alternative to their normal delivery mode for us at no extra cost. All our fish were delivered to the island (scotland) perfectly. We have had no issues with the fish since they arrived, all healthy and happy now in their forever tanks lol!! We are going to be ordering more fish from this company in the next month or 2. Highly recommend them.
