Fast shipping, reasonable price

A.R. 15 discounts does an excellent job with honoring their warranty and communication as to what's going on with the product sent back. They kept me in the loop the entire time and explained everything in a way that I could understand it and were able to fix the issue quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. They have great prices great selection and I will definitely continue buying the majority of my firearm supplies from this excellent company. I highly recommend them!

I became aware of AR15Discounts thru the AmmoSeek website. Their listing disappeared after a few weeks. They came up on a google search, and I found primers listed at a price too good too be true. An internet scam search says they're a legit company, and I began emailing with them. They are 100% legit- the primer price was 100% legit, I've been to their warehouse as part of my purchase, my shipping and hazmat fees were refunded in 2 business days. I couldn't possibly have done better with them.

A package was lost by FedEx days before a competition. I contacted the customer service team and they shipped my package overnight. Even driving it directly to the shipping office so it would arrive on time. They went well above and beyond what I could hope for. Eric, Jennifer, and their teams are all stars.

so a couple of things, first off, I ordered the wrong parts originally and canceled them. They set me up with the correct parts in a pinch. Outstanding job. Unfortunately in my situation, they forgot to ship something. I reached out to customer service and told them that I did not receive a part. This is 8 o'clock on a Friday evening before Memorial Day. These guys stepped up, shipped me the part and had me a tracking number 30 minutes later. You will always have my business because of this kind of customer service. Again, outstanding.

Easy and fast purchase

My order was taken and processed extremely quickly. I did have a question regarding my order and made a telephone call and my question was answered professionally and with courtesy. Phenomenal company. I’ve ordered a lot from them and will be ordering a lot more.

Took three days to tell me they no longer had the item in stock. They tried to offer me in-store credit but I had them give me a refund. Eric the CCO did call after I posted this review and was friendly and professional. He understood my frustration and stated that he would make some changes. Overall was a productive call and restored my confidence in the company.

I couldn't be happier with this company. Variety of products and professional service as far as quick emails on my orders and attentiveness to shipping out in a proper time is key.
