I’ve made multiple purchases over the last couple of years and have had nothing but good experiences. The team is small enough that communication and order processing are speedy, but not too small that they can’t handle the volume of purchases. They have either consistently had the lowest prices or will match a lower price of the same model offered by an approved retailer. Twice they have been out of stock on items I was after with the option to be notified when back in stock, and both times I was notified within days that the items were restocked... great inventory management compared to other companies I’ve been waitlisted on. The shipping costs are low, not Amazon two-day fast, but still usually receiving items within 4-7 days depending on the day of the week I placed the order. I also had an experience where one of the owners reached out to make sure that my needs were met, and we had a casual conversation about my firearms interests and asking for honest feedback on my experiences. It left me ready to continue business with this company at the next opportunity provided by my pocket book. You won’t be disappointed!

The team at ar15discounts.com is nothing short of incredible. Customer service makes or breaks a company, and they are top of the line in that category. I’ll brag on Eric and Hannah specially because that’s who I talked with but I’m sure that’s the company culture. Hard to think I’ll buy parts from anywhere else after doing business here. A bonus is the pricing here is defiantly hard to beat!

Great site with great customer service! They definitely will make things right if anything goes wrong. Had a shipping hiccup and they handled it very professionally and took responsibility for the issue. They definitely go above and beyond to make a customer happy and show they care about your business. It doesn't matter if your a regular joe or a big company your business matters. AR15 Discounts has some of the best prices, easy to order, description is great and fast shipping.

I found an optic I wanted on a sale site that, took me to AR15 Discounts. then they offered an 15% discount for entering my name and email....nice, did that. They tried to apply the new customer discount to the item. Like too many other internet sites, code would not work on this item, it was exempt from the 'sitewide' 15% discount. I wonder why they spend so much money to get customers to their site only to piss them off ??

I recently wrote a review about AR15 Discounts and mainly focused on the shipping which by all means is not their fault because we have a faulty postal service. My order was packed shipped and was arriving on time when it ran into a snag as usual in New Orleans Louisiana. I’m gonna throw this in there because I feel Elon Musk Should step in and investigate but most of all what got my attention about AR15 Discounts was that one of the owners reached out and actually called me. We spoke on the phone. He is a very down-to-earth, guy very knowledgeable and told me that different parts of the country also has a lot of problems with the Postal Service. I picked the Postal Service because it is the cheapest but I learned my lesson and now I’m gonna pay a little bit more and have it sent FedEx or UPS. They are a great company to work with and I will continue to buy their products.

I have been shopping at AR15Discounts.com for quite a while now with numerous purchases totaling well over $4000.00.
I haven’t had any problems at all up to my last order.
I ordered a Trigger for my Firearm, and when I received it - two screws were missing. FOR CLARITY THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. The Manufacturer packaging is not a secure design- it is snap together plastic.

I contacted Customer Service and received a call from a Eric Thorson (Not sure of his title) and he had a different Customer Service rep mail the screws out immediately.
I found it to be very impressive to have a person call me and correct the issue. Also he was polite and professional.
I recommend this company because they have great service and great prices. I know they do high volume sales because things sell fast so I appreciate the level of service I received

This was my first purchase and the product was delivered as advertised just a little slow. The fit and finish was of good quality. This part of my experience was good; however, the limiting factor has been on a different level. The sales of my information and deluge of spam emails and calls has increased 20 fold. The optics suggest that the low pricing is offset with the sales of information to 3rd parties. With that it is most likely the only purchase I will be making from AR15Discounts.com

In all the reviews I've written on various platforms throughout the years, I've never had a officer for the company (Eric T.) Contact me and sincerely apologize for the negative experience I had, explained the entire situation that caused the negative experience and made the situation right by going above and beyond to make my next purchase at Ar-15 Discount easier on my pockets! I buy a lot of parts every year, and I keep coming back to AR15Discounts as my "go to" shop. They always seem to have what I need, it's priced well and shipped quickly. But above all that is their customer service. I work in a service industry role and know full well the importance of not only having a good product, but good people and customer care behind it. I have had several opportunities to interact with their support team and EVERY time they've taken care of me, be it price match, discount code, honoring a sale price even after the sale ended, to making it right when a request for a price match slipped thru the cracks. Here's looking at you Eric Thorson!! Thank you for reaching out and owning the mistake and taking care of me. I absolutely appreciate them and will always try to support their business whenever I can. I am glad there's a shop out there in a "hostile towards the 2a state" fighting the good fight and supplying quality parts to people. I ordered an enhanced lower parts kit for a build I’m doing. For a week straight my tracking said label made. I emailed ar15discounts they said ups picked it up but when I emailed ups they said they don’t have it. I was so frustrated that no one knew where my parts were. I emailed ar again and Eric replied saying he was sorry and he personally was looking into it. That was Friday. He came into work on Saturday his day off and literally took the time to look at the warehouse cameras. He called me on the phone and apologized saying he saw that accidentally the employee put my parts in a usps bin not the ups bin. And he personally got my order and personally wrapped it up and shipped it to me overnight priority shipping at his cost. I received my parts the next day and I am so happy at the level of care by Eric Thorson to make me happy for only a 60.00 order and he made it right. So now instead of buying an enhanced full upper from bravo company I’m going with AR15Discounts and buying one from them. Thank you Eric I hope your bosses know what a gem of an employee they have with you. I’ve bragged up my experience with all my friends. I never experienced such care from buying online before. Ordered an Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block. Arrived a few days later. Opened package, and the original package containing the gas block had been re-sealed with masking tape. Opened gas block package, and the set screws were missing. Emailed customer service on 2-19-2025. Been 3 days now with no response. My first, and last order with AR15Discounts.

Got a great price on 30 round Pmags, with an exceptional shipping speed. I only wish I had bought more mags at that price.
