delivery issue fixed

I had a delivery issue due to fed-ex so I reached out to the company and after a sometime I was personally contacted by Eric Thorson who told me he will be handling my issue. He kept me apprised on progress along the way and has now fixed the issue on my end. I appreciate everything done for me by Eric and AR15discounts to make this right.

AR15DISCOUNTS carries some top notch…

AR15DISCOUNTS carries some top notch brands at very competitive prices! Their sale prices cant be beat (unless your a wholesale warehouse).Their in purchase chat people are very quick to answer questions and the Customer Service may take a couple days to call you back, but they email very quick, and have been great about resolving issues.

Update...I want to thank AR15Discounts and specifically Eric Thorson for helping me complete my order. Eric reached out and followed up until I received my product.

On 2-06-2025 I ordered 5,000 Winchester brand 209 shotgun primers. Price marked "was $109.00, now $49.00" (or there about) . I placed in shopping cart and after adding some powder, the primers were gone. I received an email "fat fingers" incorrect price, now $199.00. This is still a good price so I completed my order. Now crickets chirping. A generic "thanks for your order" email, but no updates.

The shipping times are slower than any…

The shipping times are slower than any business I have dealt with ever in my last 25 years of purchasing items from online vendors. I wanted to purchase from this company because they are close (less than 3 hours away) wanted to give local businesses some revenue and I figured I would receive my items quickly. I even paid extra for the UPS shipping because USPS is not reliable at all any longer, but that doesn't seem to make much difference. What I bought was just a trigger. No FFL, no background...none of that. Purchased on a Sunday evening. The amount certainly has been held on my card, but here it is on a Tuesday and I'm still being "processed" I doubt my order will show up this week and that is PATHETIC for a company that is a 3.5 hour drive away. I have ordered items from China and received them quicker.

This is the first time I've had a…

This is the first time I've had a missing item(s) from my order. I sent an email off with the information they asked for and it's been 2 weeks since I sent it and I've gotten no reply from thier customer service about anything. So I'm not sure if I'm getting my shorted 2 items or they're still investigating or what. What products they sell I've had no problems with but it's frustrating when you have a problem and you get no replies or action to your request.

Update. After trying live chat with ar15 discounts. I finally got a email (although I'm pretty sure it was computer generated) to tell me the time frames for response. Still no update about out come yet. Hopefully this week. 2/10/2025

Final update:
Finally got a reply via email (I missed the phone call because I was at work) they gave a in-store coupon which is fine I reordered what went missing in the order and got the picatinny rail that I wanted so all is fine in my world again.

Sold me trash, and won't respond

I bought three charging handles for Christmas presents. Two were mounted and the latch deformed beyond use after having the bolt cycled a few times by hand. Never even saw the range and we had to switch them out. Ar15 Discount never returned calls or emails about it, they don't care. If you want to buy from someplace that doesn't care about their customers, this is the place. But with all the great companies available I won't be back. Oh, and good luck getting them to stop spamming you!
