I’ve had three wigs from them and haven’t had any bad experiences. My first wig was a bob from Tiktok shop. And the other two I ordered directly from the website. Definitely will be my go to when I don’t mind spending the money. Cuz they are pricey but worth it.

This was my first time purchasing a piece from the site. Am disappointed with the wig. It didn't seem to be 180 it was more 150 or 130. The length was great. I thought if I wash the wig it would be different. Nope, it got worst. The hair became dry. I know that highlight do dry out if not condition correctly. After one wash? I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Highlight wigs go through a bleaching process, which can sometimes make the density look lighter than natural-colored wigs, but it should never appear as low as what you described. As for the dryness after one wash, that usually indicates the hair from this batch may have been over-processed during coloring, which is not normal and shouldn’t have happened. Overall great but with a few flaws
So far I'm really liking my ombre ash blonde human hair lace front that I got. Everything is really nice and really comes together nicely and looks really natural. I've gotten so many compliments and likes so far. I love the pull string to tighten the head cap down. I love the side burn part that helps keep it looking normal. I've been able to use it for several modeling shoots and overall everything went very smoothly. ☺️ The things I don't like are the unfortunate thin, almost bald part in the very front part of the lace hair line is unfortunate as it kinda looks like I have a receding hairline but thankfully isn't too noticeable once u put some darker eye shadow to cover up the thin spot. Also I did notice it was really frizzy and poofy. I had to really use a hot iron and hair straightener to get it more flat. I also noticed that it sheds a bit. Not a lot but a bit. But overall I am liking my purchase so far.

Very happy with everything. The hair is true to length and I only got 180 density so I was worried about it being thin but this isn’t the case at all! Very nice thickness. It’s soft and very minimal shedding. I got a 613 wig and dyed it turquoise and it took to the dye beautifully. Was shipped out the next day so that was great as well. My first time ordering from Arabella and I’ll definitely be back
