Was meant to receive my item before eid !!!! still haven't received it ...no response to any of my emails or DMs. Absolutely ridiculous!!! selling islamic products to make a profit, but have no islamic morals. not even a decent human courtesy to respond. do not waste your time.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The seller didn't send my item until it was around 2 months. Furthermore, the seller spelt the name wrong despite the fact I sent them the exact text I wanted printed on. Wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone at all. Save your money and get it made elsewhere.

Scam company, avoid at all costs.
This is pathetic excuse of a company. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a personalised prayer mat on 12th may, after 4-5 weeks I was still waiting. Contacted their customer support, got no reply. After spamming them on Instagram DM, they replied saying that the product hadn't even been sent off yet (I believe they didn't even start on my order). On the order email the shipping time was 8-10 working days, even due to covid I don't believe that I should be waiting 20-25 working days for my product. In any case, I gave them extra time to send off the order. Coming up to almost 9 weeks and nothing, contacted them again and had to spam to get a reply. They have no self respect and post stuff all day on their Instagram story while their customers are waiting for a reply. I got a message saying I'd get a refund "tonight", now it's 16 days later and I've not received my refund. I ended up receiving the product which has the name misspelt, as I got this as a gift for someone it's now completely useless, their birthday has long gone, in fact I'd be better off giving it for their next birthday, but the damn product wasn't even personalised correctly. I have no words about this scam company and their scam owner, maybe get out of shisha bars and do your job properly.
