I ordered a personalised Arabic hoodie for my sister in law, mashaAllah the hoodie was very good quality and came quickly. I was very impressed and since then have seen the product Range increase which looks really good. The brother who runs the business seems very genuine and posts islamic knowledge/reminders and quizzes on his page which is really good and beneficial. I will definitely look to order in future in sha Allah

I would give no stars if it was possible. I normally never leave reviews like this but have been left with no choice after being ignored and treated how I have from this person. I ordered a laptop case 6 weeks ago and have not received anything. Have messaged arabicartistry many times via Instagram DM and been very patient and have had 1 reply stating my product had apparently been posted and should be with me. Fast forward 3 weeks since that message nothing has arrived. Messaged again via DM and got ignored. Funny how these people take your money so fast and then don’t really care about the customer or the item reaching the customer. I have had no proper reply from this person or an apology. Still currently waiting for a reply, my money back or the item.
