After contacting them a few times chasing my order I never heard anything back. So resigned myself to thinking I was never going to receive it and vowed never to use or recommend them again. However, I received my order today and it's lovely.

They could save themselves so much hassle and bad reviews if they just responded to customers.

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered over 2 months ago and still not received order. When trying to contact him, hes given excuses after excuses and now has fully stopped replying. Absolute disgrace. Very rude and would NEVER order from this untrustworthy individual again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.The worst customer service i have ever experienced they still have not replied to my queries and messages asking them updates on my order i have not got any updates regarding my order and no reply from either the DMs or emails stay away from this company they are scamming people…

Terrible customer service. I can’t even get a response back. They post on their IG story but never respond to DMs. Never gotten any update on my package and it’s been 2 weeks now no update no response just vibes, the email doesn’t even work. They don’t have the decency to even message you back. Terrible scam of a company selling Quran and other items. Shame on you!! This isn’t how you treat customers. Terrible company would not recommend.

By far the worst customer service i have come accross. Takes absolutely ages to get a response from them. Ordered multiple personalised necklaces been well over 6 weeks but no delivery. Says 1 month should be delivered. All i got from them was a sorry has been delayed. No update whatsoever how much longer the delay would be.

Never received the item and no answer from the seller on instagram. Emails don't even get distributed as it's a fake email address. Would NOT recommend !

Ordered a few necklaces as gifts for some of my friends at the start of may, the website states the necklaces would take around 2 weeks to be made and delivered. Around mid-may I had gotten in contact via Instagram to ask about my order and was told a new delivery date (The order didnt come on this delivery date). I stated the address the order was to be posted to was my uni address thus needed to be changed to my home address (ignored me everytime i told him the new address). After I move out I get a call saying they have been delivered to my uni address! This order took 2.5 months when it should have taken a few weeks. Poor communication skills and lack of customer service

I purchased a Quran and two luxury prayer mats. Was very happy with everything I purchased. Messaged directly on Instagram for colours etc and got prompt responses back. Delivery did take 8-10 days so be patient! It’s worth the wait :)

I ordered a batch of bookmarks for my staff whom I wanted to gift due to the end of year. Despite having made the order and letting him know when I needed it by under a month in advance, AND also reminding him a week in advance, he was unable to deliver the order on time because he was “forgot”. He didn’t compensate me with anything despite having paid in advance. Not to also mention some of the bookmarks were made with incorrect spelling despite providing the names in Arabic and one bookmark was missing. Now he’s not even responding to me. Honestly the worst customer service ever.

Love my jumper! It’s everything I asked for. I ordered it during Ramadan and got it just in time for Eid! Arabic Artistry also responded quickly to my message when I had a question regarding my order. Would recommend to others thinking of ordering from them!

Appalling customer service.. big scam with delivery charges and doesn’t stick to his words. Packaging came damaged and when sending feedback, there was no apologetic response.. instead just pure ignorance. Will not be ordering again

I had placed my order on the 7th of March 2022, they had not sent me a reference code. They then immediately emailed saying there was a fee for shipping which I sent them the next day after which they responded only when I followed up that my order had been shipped on the 12th of March. They have subsequently ignored all my emails since the 15th of March, I tried contacting them on instagram where they are actively posting islamic content and products during this month of Ramadhaan, they responded initially then proceeded to ignore all messages. I left comments on their posts to get their attention which they have been deleting. I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering, really disappointed with this service. Scam behavior.

Arabic Artistry never fails to impress. This is my third purchase.

My first was a sweatshirt/jumper with a coworker’s name in Arabic as a goodbye gift and she absolutely loved it.
Second was a minty green word by word translated Quran.
My latest purchase I bought 7 sued Qurans for my friends with their names on them as Ramadan gifts. They are beautiful on the website but breathtaking in person.

Customer service is astronomical. They reply in a timely manner every time considering the time difference we have. I am located in the USA so shipping usually takes about 1.5-2 weeks to get to my door. I highly recommend shopping at Arabic Artistry and will continue to be a returning customer!

Purchased a quran box set and the luxury musallah as a gift for my wife and she loves them! JazakAllah. Will definitely be purchasing again in ramadan 👍🏽

Received the dome prayer mat as a gift and it’s the most beaut ever! The quality is unreal - well-cushioned & so soft! Will defo be ordering more for friends & fam!
