I've ordered a couple times from AA and have always been satisfied with the order - ordered a batch of personalised Qur'ans for my friends which were great gifts for Ramadan/Eid and the recipients loved them!! Great quality and the suede material and scented potpourri inside was the perfect final touch. Customer service and response on Instagram DM was accommodating too.

I ordered here after hearing about this shop from a friend who is also a revert. What is this scam of a stop. They took money and won't send my stuff. Is this how business works now, you sell stuff and then don't give them what they paid for
You made a transaction, i am not sad about the money. It is the fact you sell stuff, to get people closer to islam.But, scam them at the end. End of the day you cheated people out of money. I suggest you learn about Islam, and what is says about transactions. You need to do your research on islam and business transactions.

I bought two bracelets for my friends and absolutely loved them. They had the option for gift boxes /pouch too which was nice. I recieved them on time and was really happy with my purchase. The bracelets were a good size and great quality too.

Made two purchases on two separate occasions, I made a last minute order for two personalised tops for my two little nephews and then two window lamps. Everything I ordered on both occasions came on time and came packaged nicely. Any questions I had was answered thoroughly and have recommended them to my friends and family :)

Their moon lamp is very affordable in various sizes. Naturally I was prone to getting the size that had more colour selections. As soon as the product came, I was highly pleased with it. It’s very soothing and peaceful to look at and replicates the moon in colour very accurately. I highly recommend the product. It was definitely worth the wait.

Ordered nearly a month ago and my item still hasn’t arrived even though it says it will between 8-10 days. Why am I paying for delivery when I could walk to wherever this business is, make the item myself and walk back to my house and it still be quicker than me waiting for my order to arrive. Their customer service is non existent, you place an order and as soon as the payment is taken they’ll stop replying to your messages. If I could leave zero stars I would. The audacity to sell religious and holy items where people buy in good faith just for them to scam multiple people and not ship items and ignore customers who are still waiting for orders but stay online to post stories and delete customer comments asking for them to reply to their messages is very telling of what kind of business this is. I wish I’d read these reviews and their Etsy reviews before placing an order. Never buy from this business.

If it was possible to give a review of no stars I would do this. Placed an order on April 18th for a customised necklace, received an immediate confirmation stating that I would receive the item in 8-10 working days. Well here we are on the 5th July and still no item.

I emailed the website a number of times and DM'd the account a few times on Instagram asking for an update. Radio silence. It was only when i started publicly posting comments on the instagram accounts most recent posting (last week) that the owner bothered to DM me and ask me for details (also my negative comments about the service i received were deleted immediately)

The owner claimed the item was sent last month, but I was offered a refund and told I could keep the item when it was received. Bearing in mind that i've never received a dispatch email and all my emails and messages were ignored till i started posting public messages i'd say that I'm going to take the owners claim that the item was sent with a pinch of salt. I have now got my money back. And would advise others to ignore the instagram glowing reviews and spend your money more wisely elsewhere

What a rubbish company! Ordered an item waited 1 month still nothing had to get a refund off PayPal still no acknowledgement from the company. Customer service doesn't even exist!! Rubbish! Avoid at all cost!

Very very bad customer service. I ordered a window light from them. We emailed and messaged on instagram and they dont even reply. It took weeks for my item to come.

Atleast have some shame and reply to your customers rather than ignoring them. Pathetic customer service.

Brought a wallpaper from their website and hasn't arrived, messaged them on instagram almost every month, bad service!! AVOID!! Still haven't received anything!

*phone wallpaper was sold on your website a while back.. and still never received it!
