Ordere dose not arrive on time and when we contact them they don't reply won't be shopping form them again

Extremely Bad Services
I ordered gifts for my daughter’s teacher more than a month ago. The order wasn’t receive at all. Contacted them and the guy who responded was very unprofessional. Just look at his response dated 3 June 2021,
“Order has been posted and should be there in the next few days. Was just a few delays with postage. Sorry!

Ismael”
And today is 16 June 2021 and yet not received my order.
Their CREDIBILITY is under question. Is it worth doing business with them???

Second time ordering from AA after a while, great to see so many new products. Ordered a moon lamp which came out even better than I expected. Delivery was on time and no issues experienced - overall great service!

I ordered two of the personalised prayers and they were absolutely stunning! Amazing customer service too

Placed and paid for my order on 23rd May. I received the wrong colour Quraan and incomplete personalisation.
I emailed, called, private messaged and direct messaged the company numerous times, only to find my messages had been deleted and I had been blocked on Instagram.

I especially chose this gift for my niece’s Islamic graduation, and have been left bitterly disappointed with the lack of honesty, integrity and customer service from Arabic Artistry.
I have asked repeatedly about a replacement Quraan but the company have refused to acknowledge or even respond to any of my messages.

Placed an order at the start of April and the order still seems to be “processing” both myself and a friend have made multiple attempts to dm and email but we have had no active response. Pretty upset considering this was supposed to be an eid gift and we heard pretty good things about this business, however I would not recommend this business to anyone

It was my first time ordering. I was really happy with the service, and they got back to me as soon as I messaged them. I would 100% order again. Jazakallah!

Always a pleasure ordering from AA, ordered the Quran (with English transalation). I’ve wanted it for so long but it was always out of stock! Finally got one, and I’m just so excited to pray it. And delivery was super quick!

I was sent the wrong item. I have sent multiple messages but have recieved no reply. Clearly this person does not know how to do business. If an item is not in stock you you should let the customer know and issue a refund instead of sending something else. Considering it was the month of Ramdan you should really be ashamed. I have been very polite and patient but the fact that you have decided to ignore my messages is just wrong.

Or if the wrong item has been sent accidently which understandably can happen then let me know and resend the item I ordered. This was meant to be an eid gift.

I've ordered a personalised Quran and a Quran bookmark and they were perfect to say the least! The colours, quality and personalisation were top! Deffo will be buying again, so so so happy with the products and service!

Excellent products and customer service. I placed an order at the very last minute and still received my order in time for Eid (the next day). The quality of the prayer mats is amazing. Placed an order beginning of April and have not recieved anything. I've been checking up on my order which still states processing. Dropped several messages via Instagram, Facebook and email and have not heard back from the seller.

My order was placed over a month ago, I still have not received my order. I contacted them through Facebook, Instagram and also sent many emails to them. No communication what's so ever poor customer services, rude and not helpful.

Ordered three personalised lamps as gifts. Received 2 but one was missing. Messaged the seller via Instagram dms as well as via email several times regarding the missing item. No response whatsoever. Continued messaging, but to this day no response back at all. Paid for an item I did not receive. Customer service is appalling.

Awful experience delivered my items £65 the Quran had a hole in it and only agreed to issue a refund of £8 the Quran had a name on it when I specifically stated don’t add a name. He said humans make mistakes and we cannot refund you. He tried to threaten me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Ismail mitha
