DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE
So I purchased a few personalised quraans. Where 3 of them came damaged
One with pen mark on it
One with a pink highlight mark
And another where the gold design had come off
I was not happy with this at all and messaged him to replace the quraan
He didn’t reply back to me for 3 months
And I’m appalled and disgusted by this customer service
3 months later he now has sent me my quraan which I am thankful for but he could have just sent it before when I asked for it

Ordered a personalised Quran which I absolutely adore and the quality is amazing. customer service was spot on and kept me updated as my order was running late with the courier, communication is spot on!

I have ordered from AA a number of times for both myself and others, from the website and through direct messages too. I received impeccable service from start to finish and received timely responses in relation to my order status and additional queries that I had with regards to multiple delivery addresses. A fantastic business with equally fantastic products! Highly recommend purchasing from this company, you will not be disappointed.

Only given one star because I had to otherwise would be zero!
I had placed an order over a month ago and still hadn't received the item I had already been charged for. I messaged the seller and every time he fobbed me off and said that my order is on its way. I mentioned that this was purchased to give as a gift but still I received nothing. He is quick to update his Instagram stories but doesn't bother to reply to customers who spend their hard earned money in the hope that they are supporting small businesses. Truly disappointed! Overall terrible customer service and quite frankly its daylight robbery!

This gentleman whoever he is has lack of communication, doesn’t respond to dms, nor has he posted out my item transaction has been made too. I mentioned it is a gift for someone all I would get is oh il chase it up for you if you don’t know how to handle a business and fulfill the customers need then i suggest you stick to you full time job which you’re clearly updating on your insta. Didn’t want to take it this for but sorry had no other choice but too. Not only have i reported you but picked up a dispute with the bank.

Honestly never thought any business would have such bad customer service
As customers we trust you with whatever money we spend for the quality and service to be of standard but unfortunately this hadnt been the case for me.
After placing my order i waited 2 months for it to arrive until i spoke up and when i did message they said the order couldnt meet what i actually wanted and said theyll give something bigger. Then why did i still have to pester and annoy them through dms and comment section it doesnt make sense, that is not how you do business.

Ordered a hoody to be personalised- the order arrived two weeks later and wasnt personalised correctly when asked for a refund the guy stopped responding.
If the hoody couldnt be personalised as requested then i should have been told rather than being sent a hoody personalised to owners choice. Really disappointed with service and item

Amazing customer service. Quality is perfect. Items arrived on time, would definitely recommend purchasing. I purchased the Word to word Quran and it is so useful. Also, a family member got the Personalised Qur'an and we are all in love with it.

Purchased a palestine necklace which I absolutely loved, was the perfect size and very beautiful

Purchased a few things over the years.. loved the metal personalised bookmarks, so classy & smart. Also great polite service each time.

I ordered a metal bookmark for a hafiza to use in her quraan. She is also a published author and she absolutely loved the bookmark. It arrived in the time specified on the website. Quality is excellent.
If AA sells the 13 lines quraan in the future, I would be interested in purchasing.

Bought a top in 2017 with a double print (sleeve and chest print) I still wear it now!! And its still in excellent condition, its been washed multiple times and the writing is still intact aswell as the material!! Absolutely loved my purchase!

I've purchased from Arabicartistry twice and have been very happy with my purchases both times. Very good quality items and they put extra effort into packaging (the Quran I bought to gift a friend was so beautifully presented with rose petals). Looking forward to ordering more!
