Shocking service, couriers who lie to their office about attempting to pick-up, a help line that is clearly not in Australia and no way of dealing with anyone that can answer questions.
Now thousands of dollars of corporate hampers for Xmas may not get there.

Attempted delivery on a weekend to a business address. Apparently I have to collect from their local depot (only x1 depot for all of Western Australia that has an area of 2.5 million square kilometers). The depot does not open on weekends and opens Mon-Fri 0800-1700. How do full-time workers collect? Terrible company. I will make sure I do not purchase from any company that uses Aramex to deliver

I got an email saying my package is on board for delivery on Friday and the package was marked leave at front door if no one home. Still haven’t received my package five days later. I called and they said they will get back to me (basically whenever) and hung up on me. Disgusting service, disgusting attitude. I can only assume that they are very cheap because why on earth would any company use their services with all the negative reviews.

The fact that you have to leave 1 star, yet these incompetents can't achieve 2 stars from so many reviews tells you everything you need to know about them.
I had waited home all day for a delivery only to check the tracking at 9.30pm, to a message saying unable to deliver at 8.28pm.
Ring them next morning to be told that no one home, when I advised them that I have security cameras and no courier had been around here 15 minutes either side of that, they changed the story to it was outside delivery hours.
Can redeliver in 2 days with a time of before 5pm.
My theory is that deliveries aren't out for delivery in first place and they just hope people like myself haven't got time to be waiting around all day again on the off chance that they may find that they were actually contracted to provide a delivery service and deliver the parcel and just decide to pick up at a time that suits me.
Avoid at all costs, the one and only reason that these clowns are still in business is because they are cheap, don't provide the service they are contracted to and obviously the businesses that use them don't care about the customers the same as these people once they have your money

I am writing to express my strong disappointment with your delivery service. On the scheduled delivery day, I received an email stating “we missed you”. However, the delivery driver never knocked on my door, did not attempt to contact me, and left no calling card. In fact, no delivery attempt was made at all. Immediately after receiving the email, I tried to contact your online chat support, but no agent responded. I then called your hotline and was assured that a re-delivery would be arranged for Monday, 15 December 2025. I waited at home until 3:00 PM, but no one arrived. The parcel remained at the Melbourne depot. When I called again, I was informed that delivery would be rescheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday, with no clear commitment. This level of service is extremely disappointing. I paid for delivery but did not receive the service promised. As a result of these repeated failures, I now have to take leave from work simply to wait for a parcel that should have been delivered as scheduled. I expect a clear and confirmed delivery date and time.

On Friday I organised to go to the depot to collect a parcel that hadn’t been delivered. I set out today, spent 5 hours on buses 🚎. Only to find out you twirps had sent it out for redelivery. I am mobility impaired, I can’t walk properly.
I won’t be ordering anything for delivery EVER again. If I can’t click & Collect I won’t purchase.

I am waiting for my order pick up already 6 days. Absolutely not acceptable service.

Regular experience from Aramex delivery person - they don't deliver, just drop calling card and drive away, sometimes not even that. This has happened 3 times already in the last one month. One time i managed to catch the person as he was going to drive away so that i could get my parcel. My neighbours weren't so lucky. Their customer chat is horrible with no response . I live at Monarco Apartments in Westmead, NSW. so if an Aramex person bothers to read this please get your delivery guys to do their job. My current decision is not buy from a organisations that use the services of Aramex

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute shambles of a company. Won't deliver parcel/respond to emails. Amatures do not use.

Stated they had delivered to the correct address, was signed for and taken a photograph but was completely the wrong address and all was a lie. Terrible system!!!

Australia Post delivered a parcel from QLD in less than 24 hours but this group well it takes at least 4 days after they have it in their van, and I am still waiting.
I think Just Wines should get a different service as this happens every time, I have wine delivered by Aramex.
Easly see why they score 1.5, should be less!

Aramax and Invenco: Look at the service you purchasing from- and if they are using either Aramax or Invenco to deliver the product to you- DO NOT PURCHASE from them. The sellers of the product should be using a better courier and not one that appears to be purposefully not delivering in order to charge a re-delivery fee. Won’t go into the detail because I won’t waste my breath but quite frankly, these delivery services are a disgrace and provoke a huge amount of stress. You’d be better off driving to your local centre and purchasing and driving home with the product in your hands.

did not think this company could get any worse but thay seem to go out of their way to prove me wrong.. tracking is a farce. the only true tracking is picked up and if you are very lucky and your package isnt " lost" when delivered. all other updates are just automatic regardless of where package is to try and stop prople contacting them.. the amount of "lost" packages leads one to assume if are lost or stolen whilst in their possession. If i see a businesses uses them i will go somewhere else as i suggest you do as well

I dont often leave reviews. However, I unknowingly chose Amarex to deliver a package for me from the UK to a friend in NSW, Australia. I stumbled on the reviews whilst looking for tracking and suddenly felt panicked with the masses of negative feedback that my package would be lost forever.
However, I was pleasantly surprised! Amarex collected and delivered my package within 3 days, a day earlier than the estimated delivery date! Tracking was kept up to date and the package arrived within the time frame, especially happy as its the Christmas period and that means two kids have a present!
Thought the service here deserved a write up. Thank you!

Like everyone else posting reviews, I too have had the misfortune of relying on Aramex to deliver my parcel. As others have experienced, it was collected, taken to the depot and then was apparently in transit.
That was 18 days ago.
I've called, and emailed. No response.
I used the chat BOT, and was told to 'Please wait on the line, one of our friendly customer service representatives will be with you shortly'
That was nearly 3 hours ago.
If there is a worse company in Australia, I would be surprised.

The parcel arrived in their depot on 4 Dec. The tracking showed onboard for delivery 9 Dec. I waited at home all day, you’d think it would be set as a priority delivery for today. Though it is now marked as delivery delayed, they are unable to tell me when it will be delivered without contacting the “depot”. The depot replied it would take another 48 hours to look into. In other words, nothing will be done and expect to waste more time for a generic response to get nowhere.

Claimed to have attempted delivery at my home. I work from home, no sign of them. Item was said to have been left at their pick up location which is over 15 mins away (more it was peak hour) 7 mins after their so called “attempted” delivery. Require payment for redelivery. Total con. They keep getting away with it or they wouldn’t do it. The senders need to be shamed as well. Shark Clean Aust. knows the courier is unreliable.
Submit an online form? Why so they can ignore it like they have done to my email asking for explanation? It is simple no form required. You are a delivery company, not delivering is not an option.

WOEFUL. I received an email from ebay stating that an item that I had ordered had been delivered by Aramex...I immediately went to the front of my property to collect said delivery. Nothing there! I checked my nearby neighbours properties as well to no avail. I logged into the Aramex account to view the delivery photo and discovered the photo taken was NOT of my property. Nor was their any recording on my security camera....I contacted Aramex by phone giving them the details and they said to allow 48 hours to investigate. I also sent a message to the seller. After 4 business days and no contact from Aramex I then contacted ebay for assistance. Ebay was excellent in arranging a full refund as per their policy on the same day I contacted them....Ebay also stated in their email to me that they had contacted the seller who informed them that Aramex had provided tracking information that shows that the item was delivered to the correct address...Total BS...Aramex have clearly stuffed up and then misinformed the seller so as to save face. Pathetic. Fortunately I was able to order the item from a different supplier who uses Australia Post.

My business is open Monday to Friday. Aramex decided it would be great to deliver my parcel on a Saturday? Its quite evident that my Business is closed. Lights off signage in window. Courier decides to leave at front door on footpath on a very busy road. He even took a pic to prove. My purchase(Christmas gifts) GONE !! Cannot CONTACT THEM OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS !!!!!
