I have just received a parcel delivered by Aramex. It appears that the delivery driver did not bother to leave their vehicle but simply left the parcel behind my letterbox visible for anyone to steal, despite the instructions being "leave in a safe location".

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Aramex. I ordered a package a full month before Christmas to ensure it would arrive on time, but the level of incompetence I witnessed was staggering. I actually saw the driver drive past my delivery location, take a quick glance out the window, and then immediately report the package as 'could not find delivery location' in the system.
It is now New Year’s, and I am still empty-handed. To make matters worse, Aramex’s customer service has been completely unhelpful throughout this entire ordeal. This package was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it was incredibly disappointing and embarrassing to have nothing to give them nothing on the day. Aramex is easily one of the worst courier services I have ever dealt with; they seriously need to step up their game and take accountability for their drivers’ laziness.

Absolutely hopeless. Ensured there was someone on site all day - including missing lunch - and they still failed to deliver. Then they want to charge an additional redelivery fee.
DO NOT USE ARAMEX

eight days to deliver a parcel from Sydney to Taree NSW is just poor and it still has not arrived. I get goods from China in ten days by Aust post.

Aramex Maryborough are a joke. The courier comes when it suits him and he doesn’t know what deodorant is. The customer service is non-existent. Can’t even call the depot anymore. Strongly recommend using other companies. Pricing is rubbish in comparison to others also

I’d give less than 1 star if I could. I have rung them 5 times as they told me that they were unable to deliver my eBay parcel claiming the address was incomplete. I find this doubtful. It’s been 3 weeks still nothing. eBay trader is sending another through Aust Post.

A delivery company that cannot deliver. After I contacted them 23/12/25 regarding a parcel ARAMEX received 16/12/25 they responded first by saying they were too busy to deliver it until January and then THAT IT WAS MY FAULT because I did not order from the retailer early enough (for the record it was ordered 7/12/25). Here is ARAMEX's 2 responses, latest one first:
"No, we are informing you that since you placed the order for this parcel too late, there isn't enough time for it to be delivered before Christmas. We recommend that you order earlier in the future to prevent the disappointment this situation has caused you."
And before that:
"Regrettably, Aramex did not obtain this parcel until the 16/12/2025, which is sadly insufficient time to ensure delivery before Christmas, considering the surge in freight and the announced delays in your region.
We have reached our peak period and as a result, are experiencing extremely high volumes. While we have increased our staffing and courier support, there may still be unavoidable delays as advertised on our website.
As per our website, your area is delayed. We are currently experiencing an additional 5+ business day delay in delivery for this area. The most effective way to check for any updates or delays before contacting us is through the Service Updates located on the Aramex website, alternatively, you can set up a free Aramex Receivers Account via the Aramex website to monitor your parcels and see delivery images from drivers.
As your item has been booked in by your sender using our standard service, the estimated delivery window for this standard delivery parcel was 19/12/2025 - 24/12/2025 which means the new estimated delivery window is now from 02/01/2026 to 07/01/2026 however, additional time might be necessary. Once this parcel is received and prepared for delivery, you will see an on-board scan.
Please feel free to contact us after 10/01/2026 if delivery has not occurred.

If I could give less than one star I would. Package containing expensive skis has been at Perth depot since 4 Dec ready for delivery on next cycle. Still no sign that it will be delivered anytime before we fly out on 27 Dec. have lodged enquiry on their website - no response. Avoid at all costs.
Lovely that they have replied stating to lodge an enquiry. Already did that. No resolution.

Aramex ruined Christmas for 13 people this year. Booked 13 parcels with them, but they were not collected. Rebooked for collection 3 times, still not collected. Logged complaints via email 6 times, waited on the line to their support team for 45 minutes, only to never hear back from them. It is now 10 days later, and still no pickup. 13 People, one less Christmas Gift. You should change your name to The Gringe Company - We steal Xmas.

They never ever get back to you.
It does not matter what method you use they will leave you hanging.
Goods lost, 5 written enquiries, 4 chat attempts, still waiting days and days after contacting them..
Goods missing for 15 days now and no update..

Aramex you have had my parcel for close to one month. It’s been onboard for delivery almost two weeks. Today (Sunday) I get a notification it’s been delivered. TO WHERE??? I’ve been home for the past 3 days and not once have my cameras seen an aramex van/car/truck pull up my driveway. You are bloody hopeless and I have no idea how you are still in business.

Time and time again Aramex Australia deliver items late OR lose the item in their system completely. I wish retailers would stop using them.

Absolutely useless. No info, no updates, AI helpline and overseas call centre that have no idea about anything. Sill waiting on a package that was apparently on the last leg of its journey from Sydney depot to Wollongong but now tracking states just picked up from seller in Melbourne, but dated 10 days ago. Can i say retarded, cause i wanna say retarded.. If you own a business and are thinking of using this service , abort mission. I will not purchase from any business that uses these guys as a courier. Swears n hate to aramex.

Every time we have a parcel coming and I see an Aramex tracking number (that is generally useless anyway), I just expect the worst - and I'm rarely wrong. We've had parcels left out in the rain, in our neighbour's yard, on the roof of our car and even right behind our car where it is clearly impossible to see it when you reverse out of the garage. It is like their drivers compete to see who can leave a package in the worst possible place.
We have an E-commerce business and absolutely refuse to ship our products to customers with Aramex as we don't want our brand associated with that level of incompetence.
Last week we had some shipping cartons delivered by Aramex from a supplier in Melbourne, and after screwing up delivery (text saying delivery was complete when they only dropped off 1 out of 3 packages) we got the remainder a few days later.
Unfortunately the boxes were the wrong size so the supplier sent us return labels with - NOOOOOO!! - Aramex....
So the three packages were our on our front porch - labels attached and even a sign saying "ARAMEX" ready to be collected last Wednesday as per the booking. During the day I saw a white van stop at our driveway briefly before driving off again. Hmmm.... parcels were not collected Wednesday, or Thursday. Called the company who booked the return labels who told me Aramex assured them that pickup would be Friday. Nope. Weekend? Nope. Monday? Nope. So I emailed Aramex Sunshine Coast with photos of the labels on Tuesday, demanding pickup that day. Then I received a "rebooking request confirmation" - Why? I never changed the booking in the first place. Aramex told me that pickup had been unsuccessfully attempted the week before (not true). This morning (Wednesday) I put all three packages in our carport where anyone in our driveway can clearly see them (they are large anyway) with a big sign saying ARAMEX. Following up by email with Aramex Sunshine Coast in an effort to ensure pickup today - they responded that their tracking showed that pickup was attempted yesterday. This is just BS - we work from home and can see any car that even comes close to our driveway, and nobody has even tried to pick these boxes up since they were first put out last Wednesday. So now I don't even know when or if these will even be collected and returned to the supplier so we can get our refund.
The fact that a business this bad can still be in business at all staggers me. If we provided this level of service to our customers we'd be out of business in weeks.
IF YOU ARE AN E-COMMERCE BUSINESS THAT WANTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS - DON'T SUBJECT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ARAMEX!!
If I could I would give a zero rating. However, that would still be too generous !
Aramex collected parcel on 27/11/25 and only delivered today.
By the looks of it, my experience is universal.
Tracking updates…..no such thing.
AI Assistant….same as with other customers. We have endless amounts of time to hang around to have a conversation that was never going to happen.
HELP Centre….i feel sorry for the help centre staff once you are able to locate the Help Centre contact phone number!
Secondly, they are put in a position by Aramex where they cop all of the customer’s frustrations. Their job is made more difficult by not having access to information that would easily resolve most enquiries. As such they have to submit an email enquiry that supposedly has a 2 day turn around before a response is received. Like waiting for the AI Assistant to connect me to a help centre staff member, the reply to email to my enquiry on 11/12/25 never come.
When Aramex finally decided to respond to the email enquiry, they had the audacity to only advise the item had been delivered…….FINALLY. However, they chose not to provide information regarding my enquiry.
Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this online shop again while Aramex is their courier.
And Aramex….please don’t profer a tokenistic apology. If you were genuine, you would have replied in a timely manner to my and the myriad of other customer enquiries you have chosen to blatantly ignore.

This company is absolutely useless. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery from Sydney to Brisbane. You cannot get hold of anybody, nobody emails or calls back. They are a disgrace and buyers should avoid purchasing from companies using them.

Absolutely USELESS!!!! This would have to be the worst delivery service in the country.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel that only had to go a short distance. They say it has been onboard for a week now, but can't confirm who has it.
Tracking is non-existent, and no one seems to know where my parcel is. Call centre is no help as they have no tracking info either and can't offer any further help.
I will never order from another business that uses Aramex.
If I could give negative zero stars, I would.
And to Aramex, if you reply to this message, don't bother telling me to fill in your online form. I have done that 3 times, and still have no answers.
UPDATE: So after asking Aramex to not bother replying to this message telling me to fill in their online form, they asked me to contact them via Facebook which just gives an automated reponse telling you fill in the online form!
And I thought they couldn't get any more useless!

Shocking service, couriers who lie to their office about attempting to pick-up, a help line that is clearly not in Australia and no way of dealing with anyone that can answer questions.
Now thousands of dollars of corporate hampers for Xmas may not get there.
