Wish companies would stop using Aramex as it definitely makes me rethink reordering from places who choose to use this useless courier service

Never know if you’re going to receive your parcel - it’s like a game you play when you receive the email that says “your parcel is coming today” like is it really coming today? And is it being delivered to my house or some randoms house - or your parcels been taken back to the depot coz it couldn’t be delivered 😠😠😠 service run by monkeys

It's easy to ring a doorbell

I've been home all day, just to see an email saying my parcel has been delivered. The doorbell definitely works, so why leave my chemist delivery in the hot sun on concrete? To ring the bell, is not hard.

Delivered to wrong place

Even though it's very clearly on the delivery label meant for our neighbours, a large parcel was dumped in front of our door. Having dealt with this before, they'll invariably ask our neighbour to collect it and fix their mistake.
You have really big issues when your driver can't read address labels.

These people honestly deserve no stars

These people honestly deserve no stars. How can you be in operation with no customer service at all. They make you fill in multiple enquires for mistakes THEY make and then never reply. Their tracking is inaccurate and they don’t do anything over weekends. They stated they would deliver my parcel on a Friday, however when this did not occur they simply stated “your item is delayed” with no explanation, reasoning or new estimated delivery date. After the package had finally been delivered their automated response finally replied to my enquiry from days prior.

Also did not ask for your scripted automated response. If you cared about customer experience you’d just do better and wouldn’t have 1.2 stars.

Ordered a car part - never arrived

Ordered a car part, aramex was only option for shipping. Already was expecting terrible service.
Tracking order states was delivered with a link to a phot. Photo link just sends me to tracking that say delivered.

Item has not been delivered. Online enquiry remains unanswered and when you call you are on hold and when it transfers to a "live" agent, thy hang up on you.

I will get a refund from ebay but I am sure the courier needed the hose for a triton more than me.

If I could give them zero I would. Paid for a redelivery fee to my home address and they still delivered it to my work when no one was there… twice!! The WORST courier company I’ve ever dealt with in my life!

Aramex is truly a disgusting excuse for a business and should not be allowed to operate in Australia. I have never experienced such disrespect for my property. Would you like your items to be late or damaged? Use aramex.

WORST DELIVERY CO

How is this company in operation?!!!!

They were to send a parcel to a business address that had several people there ALL DAY.

Apparently they attempted delivery, they did not.

I cant request a re-delivery because i do not have calling card they apparently left.

AND THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY A $5.50 FEE TO RE-DELIVER!!

I have contacted them and received no reply so far.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. Promises of delivery but parcels just disappear or "in transit" for days and days and days. Send emails and messages with no response. They don't care. Then delivery driver leaves on letterbox for any passer-by to steal. And 6 cars in driveway so plenty of people home to take delivery.

I will NEVER buy anything from a company that uses ARAMEX to deliver.

Delivery? No, destruction and delay.

Website tracking is a lie, paying for their service will result in you or the customer having to do a lengthy and painful refund process as they lose/damage or destroy whatever is given into their care.

ARAMEX CONTINUE TO BE A COMPANY WHO DO NO DELIVER!!!!

Aramex are a dreadful company who do not deliver. When you purchase items the companies need to find another delivery company as Aramex do not provide quality service.
They have had my parcel for 6 weeks now and they have not delivered it.
I have provided the tracking number so many times MP0076925891.
For the past 6 weeks have putting in complaints, phone calls, writing in social media and get conflicting answers or no answers at all. I get told there is no reason for it not being delivered to be told it was coming last week to being told its lost.
They do nothing to fix the problem.
They have had my parcel for 6 weeks and still wont deliver it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will not put you through to a supervisors when you ask. They say that are not at work.
This is the third time I have had issues with this company.
They have a 1.2 star rating because they are such a bad company. They have 96% negative reviews for a reason.

-they do deflecting behaviour
-they lose your parcel
-they do no give you compensation for the lies, the unnecessary stress they cause, the anger they cause, the missing out of items cause they lost your parcel and they are no longer in stock, for not keeping you updated.

When you ask them have you lost it? They wont give you a straight answer. They say thank you for your patience you will need to reach out directly to the shipper for additional details concerning the shipment status, any replacements, or any eligible refunds.

That is NOT THE ISSUE. THE ISSUE IS ARAMEX AND THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL.

THE ISSUE IS ARAMEX AND THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANSWERS.

ARAMEX HAVE THE PARCEL!
ARAMEX WONT DELIVER THE PARCEL!
ARAMEX WON'T PROVIDE STRAIGHT HONEST ANSWERS!
THE ARAMEX OPERATION MANAGER WON'T REPLY TO THE QUESTIONS PRESENTED TO HIM IN A LETTER SENT TO HIM!

THEY DEFLECT YOU BACK OT THE SENDER FOR ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE SENDER HAS NOT CREATED THE PROBLEM, ARAMEX HAS. ARAMEX NEEDS TO RESOVLE IT FIND THE PARCEL THEY HAVE COLLECTED AND DELIVER IT! SIMPLE!!! BUT NOT FOR SLACK ARAMEX!

They are very unreliable, unprofessional, only provide poor service. They withhold your parcel. Won't give honest answers.

Then they have the audacity to say for future shipments we recommend downloading the Aramex application for convenient tracking. Seriously!!!!
How dumb this statement is.

I have the tracking email and number that I can follow that. But again that is not the issue.

The issue is Aramex don't deliver.
The issue is Aramex don't answer questions.
The issue is Aramex don't provide compensation for their stuff up, for their unacceptable behaviour, for them deflecting.
The issue is Aramex don't seem to understand the negative effect they have had on customers, the anger and frustration they have caused and all the time wasting following up!!!

ARAMEX YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND YOU NEED TO CORRECT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

They demonstrate ignorance.

This company is to be avoided. Find someone better who will actually deliver to you promptly.

Is 3 online enquires enough to get you to deliver my parcel??
Are 3 reviews enough to get you to change your ways and deliver my parcel??

Aramex has had my parcel for 6 weeks now and still wont deliver my parcel.
Instead of the ridiculous messages to be patient and for your understanding, instead of ignoring me, get to and deliver my parcel pronto!!!

They clearly take NO ACTION with complaints.
They are so unreliable and lack customer service skills. They are liable for the parcel as they took deliver and they need to make amends.
Aramex is a loathsome, abhorrent company that fails to deliver peoples parcels. AVOID and find a better company who has integrity and delivers your parcels.

Left parcel sitting on top of my letter box in full view of anyone walking or driving past, my door is about 4 metres from my letterbox and I was also home, no excuse.

Appalling courier service

Dreadful customer service - be warned this courier service is crap! Delivered package to the wrong address despite my correct address being clearly visible on my letterbox. I rang customer service, the person I spoke to was empathetic but zero outcome. Use this courier service at your own risk!

The worst service I've had parcels out…

The worst service I've had parcels out the front for pick-up since 22nd Dec waiting out front
No one turns up or bothers to trace anything no customer service
I'm suspecting they ate an Arab owned and have no idea about customer service if will not use aramex again

Aramex was 5/5 for me

I know it’s not the most common opinion, but I had a genuinely great experience with Aramex. As soon as they received my package from Australian Customs, they delivered it the very same day. The parcel arrived in perfect condition, my expensive order was handled exactly as I’d hoped.

Maybe it’s thanks to our local franchisee? Whoever was responsible, thank you, I really appreciate it.

Even their customer service reached out with a prompt message to let me know the delivery was on its way. My only gripe is that their tracking updates could be more accurate. Other than that, no complaints.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. Parcel has been "in transit to central coast" since 22nd December and everytime I call they said they'll provide an update and proceeds to not update at all. Horrendous service. I understand why this is regarded as the worst courier in all of Australia.

I've been waiting for this parcel for almost a month at this point. Completely incompetent courier service

Australia's worst logistics company!

For years Aramex has been the worst logistics company I’ve dealt with.

Delivery tracking is consistently unreliable, with infrequent or completely absent status updates. Their customer service is equally disappointing; online chat queries are routinely dismissed without meaningful answers or any real attempt to resolve issues.

My experiences with Aramex have been so consistently poor that I now avoid any retailer that uses them, even if it means paying more elsewhere. The stress and inconvenience simply aren’t worth it. Deliveries via Aramex have become a guaranteed headache.
