I'm a customer or arbury and have been for over ten years now.
But unfortunately I'm very upset by the service department
I've been on hold over and over again and they never pick up, what makes me smile is that I can hear them pick the phone up then put it back down to end the call.
If that's how its going to be then I'll take my money somewhere else, I haven't got time for games.

Arbury Peugeot is great. No question they can’t answer. They go out of their way to make you welcome. Friendly polite staff there isn’t anything they won’t do to make you feel welcome and comfortable and happy with your choice of car. There isn’t any pressure selling. They follow up on there customers to make sure they are happy with their choice of vehicle. I give Arbury Stourbridge 10 out of 10

I initially saw the car on auto trader, then went to the garage to test drive the vehicle. Sam dealt with the paperwork/sale etc, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I am sorry to say that while I am very pleased with my Nissan X-Trail, the service team are appalling. Bookings take ages, then they only do have the job and come up with very poor excuses.
On a previous occasion I had an auto-stop start fault and they ended up keeping the car for 4 months while they sorted the problem.
Today it went in for a service with an engine management light on. They didn't address the engine management light and have booked it in for a months time. When I collected the car there was a new engine management fault.
I really have to question if they have any competent staff. The service is appalling and they are always full of excuses. If it wasn't part of the servicing arrangement I'd never go there again.

Polly and Leah excellent service, very polite and helpful, a real pleasure to talk to, dissapointed with the work done as paid over £600 for replacement part on advice of Peugeot to solve chirping noise issue only to find its still there, will probably use local garage in future.

Arbury is a mixed bunch depending what site you visit and who you speak to. Bromsgrove seems to be good on servicing but not so much in their sales area . i.e went in to the Peugeot sales room last week and totally blanked and no one approached me when I looked round their outside used cars, Also don't bother to email them at Bromsgrove (Nissan or Peugeot) as they don't answer. Whats going on I don't know as I thought they were in the business to sell cars!!
