It’s been just over 3 weeks since I…
It’s been just over 3 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn’t arrived. My tracking is still the same as it was two days ago and estimated delivery was the 13th of June it’s now the 17th I ordered on the 26th of may. The reason for 3 stars is I appreciate the communication of me contacting them and them replying in good time and also receiving a discount because the item went on sale after I ordered which they didn’t have to do but did and I appreciate it. It’s just frustrating it’s taking so long to get here when this was for a birthday present and the website states 7-10days delivery and it’s gone past that. I think they should really consider using a different shipping company because this one sucks.
