I bought a Liquid Freezer II 5 years ago and the pump decided to die on me a couple of days ago causing my pc to shut down. I contacted the support immediately
and got a quick reply from them saying that they will send me a new replacement unit. I'll make sure to buy from these guys again.

So in end of september I bought liquid freezer 360 III pro argb black one ventilator went very bad with terrible rattling noise sometimes not spinning at all after discussion with gemini I found that arctic has very good support team and I shozld try reaching them they responded within 10 minutes on the original email some convo went by and they have sent new ventilator DHL probly lost or forgot about the package so I reachet support again and they sent new again now it’s waiting at home until I came back from vacation but customer service is 11/10

I purchased the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III PRO 240 in South Korea, but I couldn't use it at first because I didn't realize my motherboard used an Intel LGA 1200 socket. So, I reached out to ARCTIC about this issue, and they kindly replied that they would send me the necessary mounting part.
I really wanted to leave this message to express my deep gratitude to the ARCTIC team, and especially to the customer support representative, Simon Willkop, for taking the time and effort to send even this one tiny part all the way to me. Amazing service! I bought a arctic lf pro 3 420 mm but the aio did not fit on my motherboard. Then i contacted the CS and they instatly send me a new heatsink and now it all fits. I am very gratefull to the kind and quick support they gave me 5 STARS

10/10 service
(English weil ich Niederländisch bin) Bought a liquid cooler around 3 years ago and never had problems with it until recently when one of the fans starting making a noise. I shot a video of the noise and sent it to support. Dominic only asked for my invoice and since they did not have 2 regular fans in stock they sent me the pro ones instead, no questions asked. I received them within two days (also above expectation) and have installed them with zero problems. I am very happy and will most likely not change CPU cooler brand until further notice.
THIS is how service should be, it's rare nowadays. Dominic, noch einmal vielen dank für dein service!!

Another excellent german tech company
I bought their Liquid Freezer II 280 over 3 years ago, and the performance of mine was starting to fall off. The fix was to buy a service kit that replaced the cold plate and the gasket. The issue was I wasn't able to buy one in the UK, so when I enquired Arctic sent me one free of charge :-)
