I recently ran into an issue trying to source an LGA 1200 bracket for my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240mm. After searching everywhere online with no luck, I reached out to ARCTIC’s customer service.
I was put in touch with Tim(Braunschweig), who was incredibly responsive. Not only did he address my concerns quickly, but he also arranged to send me the necessary bracket completely free of charge. In an era where "hidden costs" are the norm, this level of service is rare and highly appreciated. Huge thanks to Tim and the ARCTIC team for keeping my build on track!

I purchased a Arctic Summair Plus over 2 years ago, it was good however after repeated use the hinge wore down and eventually snapped.
I contacted Arctic to test their 6 warranty claims, true to Arctics reputation they not only replaced the item expediently, with no cost to myself, but without any objections or hassles.
I didn't even have to return the faulty unit which is a rarity for warranty claims, this kind of customer service is the only thing that should encourage brand loyalty in my opinion and is certainly why I will continue to consider Arctic over their competitors.

Arctic Freezer III 360
Receive my AIO today and it outperformed d***c**l liquid cooler. Practically bought them at the same price but the Arctic one just feels much better. I kept hitting around 82-90°C with my CPU consistently even when I wasn't using absurdly high graphics, but the III 360 kept it comfortably at around 52-78°C. I hope the customer experience won't disappoint me though.

I have recently purchased a AIO cooler, by mistake my cooler was not compatible with the cpu socket I have, the mounting bracket was no longer available on the site, so I decided to write to the support. It was a great experience in general, the response was back in a single day, with a solution, and at the end I have a mounting kit on the way in TWO days for a unsupported CPU socket. Could not recommend it enough, on top of the price/value ratio seems to be one finest on the market so far.

I had a very great experience with ARCTIC support regarding my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360. I contacted them because I had to install the AIO rotated 180° due to motherboard clearance issues. Their support team provided a clear and technical explanation that mounting the hoses at the top would not cause functional problems, which gave me confidence to keep using the cooler in that configuration.
They also offered to send a 180° logo so that the pump block would look correct after rotating it. Even more impressive was that they followed up on the shipment and checked whether I had received the package. The logo arrived safely, and I really appreciate the attention and support they provided throughout the process.
Overall, both the product and the customer support for the Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 left a great impression.

I recently experienced an issue with one of the fans on my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360mm. Living in Türkiye, I faced two major hurdles: local distributors do not sell these specific replacement fans, and current customs laws make receiving warranty parts from abroad extremely expensive.
The support representative who handled my case, Freddy(Frederik), was absolutely phenomenal. He understood the situation perfectly and allowed me to route the replacement to a UK address so it could be brought to me personally. Because the original fan was out of stock, Freddy went completely above and beyond by sending me three upgraded P12 Pro A-RGB fans to ensure my radiator setup remained perfectly balanced. He even thoughtfully provided the radiator-optimized versions with short cables to prevent any cable clutter in my PC case.
This level of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer is incredibly rare. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. ARCTIC has definitely earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Freddy!
Flawless after sales experience
The product is great but I'm more surprised about the flawless after sales experience. I had a faulty VRM module fan after one and a half years of good use, they replied super fast and in less than a week I had the new part.

Had two of my fans fail within a couple months of installation, which isn't great but it is what it is.
When I got in touch with Arctic support I had 2 new fans shipped out to me less than 24 hours later.

Products are a great value, and support is truly one of the best in the industry- rivaling giants such as Noctua. They sent me an AM4/AM5 mounting bracket kit completely free of charge once they verified that I owned the product since I lost it and wanted to re-use the water cooler.

In my case, the F12 PWM PST fan malfunctioned after about 3 years of use, and even so, I received a new one (without any complaint) thanks to the company's wonderful warranty that guarantees replacements for all its products within a 6-year period.
