Excellent Customer Support
I had an issue with a noisy fan on my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB. I contacted ARCTIC support and received excellent help throughout the entire process.
After providing a video of the issue, they immediately sent out a replacement fan under warranty. Communication was prompt and professional, and they even followed up to make sure I received the package.
Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. Highly recommended!
No response after trying for a month to return my defective item.
I opened a ticket to replace a defective ARCTIC ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III on Jan 5 2026. After 6 calls with support and two comments on the ticket from me every week, still I do not even have a tech assigned. I really just needed an RMA and address to return for my old defective water cooler since I had to purchase a new one to replace the defective one. Every time I call I get we have shortages of office staff and they will try and get a tech to take a look at my ticket. But after a month, poor support good luck if your counting on being able to get something fixed under their warranty.

Thank you Aritic team, for a warrant replace liquid freezer ii to newer version and sending it ultra fast. Best communication with support team ever, this guys are cultural phenomenon for sure. I like the new model of liquid freezer iii pro 240. It is good for overclocked 5950x. Very effective, yet coolerblades has noticeable sound on high speed and it's a place for minor improvement in future

Customer service at its best
I bought a used pump and didnt notice that it was missing some mounting parts. Found Arctic's webpage and their customer service contact. Sent an email explaining my problem and if there was a way I could buy the mounting set. The day after I got an email telling me dhl had parcel on its way for meg.
Never had this kinda service before and cant say enough how well they treat their customers.
This is my first Arctic product and I can say it will definitely not be my last. I will be buying more Arctic products from now on.

Mistakingly bought the pump without checking if my socket was compatible from a normal store.
Arctic had the "mounting kit" needed. Talked to the friendliest guy on the phone, the day after the kit I needed was sent by express to Norway.

Well guys first of all this is what I call customer service at the premium level. Honestly during my time in the IT field, I haven't met any other company who are willing to help even after years of buying even the simplest product of theirs. Most of their products is affordable and has good quality and durability. I've bought 5 years ago a CPU cooler on which one of the fans started to give out crackling noise which is far more than expected after 5 years of usage. I have contacted the support service team to help me find out what product can I replace them with, and after confirming that I really bought this product with my original invoice, they sent me not one but both of the fans replacement. Without charge. These guys amazing. 5 more years I hope. Next time if I need anything I am certain I will choose Arctic products and recommend for everyone to do the same. Well done guys! Dont botherto buy enything from them. Resently purchase Arctic MX-6 - thermal paste. Imposible to apply on CPU surface ,because so hard. Wrote for advice to companys custom service,asking how I can thin the paste. They dont even bother to answer.

I needed some parts for my transition to amd motherboard, and he delivered what I needed, and when I had questions about the process he was quick with the answers.
