I recently experienced an issue with one of the fans on my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360mm. Living in Türkiye, I faced two major hurdles: local distributors do not sell these specific replacement fans, and current customs laws make receiving warranty parts from abroad extremely expensive.
The support representative who handled my case, Freddy(Frederik), was absolutely phenomenal. He understood the situation perfectly and allowed me to route the replacement to a UK address so it could be brought to me personally. Because the original fan was out of stock, Freddy went completely above and beyond by sending me three upgraded P12 Pro A-RGB fans to ensure my radiator setup remained perfectly balanced. He even thoughtfully provided the radiator-optimized versions with short cables to prevent any cable clutter in my PC case.
This level of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer is incredibly rare. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. ARCTIC has definitely earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Freddy!
Flawless after sales experience
The product is great but I'm more surprised about the flawless after sales experience. I had a faulty VRM module fan after one and a half years of good use, they replied super fast and in less than a week I had the new part.

Had two of my fans fail within a couple months of installation, which isn't great but it is what it is.
When I got in touch with Arctic support I had 2 new fans shipped out to me less than 24 hours later.
Amazing customer service, really happy with how quickly they resolved the problem.

The customer support from ARCTIC is amazing. I bought a second-hand ARCTIC Freezer and it was missing the AM5 mounting kit. I just sent them a photo and the invoice, and they sent me a new kit for free, super fast. I really recommend ARCTIC, not just for their products, but also for how patient, kind, and responsive their support is.

Great value and support for future-proofing
Products are a great value, and support is truly one of the best in the industry- rivaling giants such as Noctua. They sent me an AM4/AM5 mounting bracket kit completely free of charge once they verified that I owned the product since I lost it and wanted to re-use the water cooler.

In my case, the F12 PWM PST fan malfunctioned after about 3 years of use, and even so, I received a new one (without any complaint) thanks to the company's wonderful warranty that guarantees replacements for all its products within a 6-year period. Excellent Customer Support
I had an issue with a noisy fan on my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB. I contacted ARCTIC support and received excellent help throughout the entire process.
After providing a video of the issue, they immediately sent out a replacement fan under warranty. Communication was prompt and professional, and they even followed up to make sure I received the package.
Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. Highly recommended!

Mistakingly bought the pump without checking if my socket was compatible from a normal store.
Arctic had the "mounting kit" needed. Talked to the friendliest guy on the phone, the day after the kit I needed was sent by express to Norway.
11/10 service. I will never buy CPU pumps from anyone else based on Arctics service.

Great customer service support
I had an issue with a bearing on one of the fans of my Arctic 360 AIO. I opened a support ticket on Arctic’s website. While the initial response was not on the same day the ticket was created, once they replied, the entire process was flawless. After reviewing the case, they requested the invoice and my delivery address, and the replacement fan was shipped to me the same day.
The package arrived at no cost, the fan was replaced, and the issue was completely resolved.
Customer service support deserves a perfect 10 for the experience I had with this team.

Dont botherto buy enything from them. Resently purchase Arctic MX-6 - thermal paste. Imposible to apply on CPU surface ,because so hard. Wrote for advice to companys custom service,asking how I can thin the paste. They dont even bother to answer.
