This company is excellent

This company is excellent! Their products are superb and priced reasonably. However their customer service is amazing! Going the extra mile is an understatement. In this day and age it is totally refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about it's customers. I can't recommend them enough. Well done Arctic. Keep doing what you're doing! Special mention to Simon, who helped me through the process and kept me totally informed.

Spot on Service

Spot on Service. I bought a Mainboard that SSD cooler was not compatible to the Arctic AIO cooling. I did knew this because of their good documentation and they offer a free-of-charge own SSD cooling product to support you. So I opened a ticket and entered all Information. As it was Black week, I was building my PC the anwser took a moment of the Service Unit, so I decided to buy on ssd cooler of them upfront. Some days later, I received the message withtin their Ticket System that my free item is granted and that they realized I bought one in the meantime, so I received a refund for this purchase. That is a perfect example of customer satisfaction and a good servicing tool. I continue to be a customer

The folks at Arctic were awesome

The folks at Arctic were awesome. They sent me, free of charge, both the AMD and the Intel mountain kits for my liquid cooler. Did I say they sent them free of charge from Germanyto Australia? What a wonderful team? Thanks again guys.

Excellent

One of my watercooling’s fan had a defect. I sent the Arctic team a email to ask for help and they replied the same day - and sent a new fan right away.
Very professional, very fast, and very kind !

Great customer service and products

I bought an aio cooler from them a while back, i decided to swap platforms from lga1700 to am5 recently and i emailed them about ordering a replacement amd mounting kit as i lost mine and they sent me one free of charge!

The cooler has also been excellent at keeping a 13900k and now a 9800x3d cool and quiet

Amazing Customer Service!

I have build a new system and decided to purchase Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 two weeks ago to cool it. The radiator fans kept being recognized as DC, instead of PWM, which caused them to run at 100% speed all the time (over 3000rpm). This in turn made the whole system quite loud. I have then opened a case with Arctic to try and resolve the issue. The CS agent that took my case went above and beyond to try and find resolution and kept checking on the progress. Turns out contact cables were defective and they have sent me replacement from Germany, which resolved the issue and now my brand new system purrs like a kitten.

Amazing customer service and work ethic!

ZERO communication..EDIT solved

First, I will change this review when I actually GET HELPED

Product is good performance for the money. I have the LF III 420 AIO in White. The i have had it about a year now. The VRM fan is making a TON of NOISE now, i cant turn it higher than 50% or it will be loud and grind and knock all over the place.

I contacted ARCTIC about this and sent them my Proof of Purchase a week ago and NOTHING, NO communication at all, not even a conformation email. Nothing

this is BAD.

IF they help me I will update the review, until then BAD

EDIT:
I was finally contacted by email from support as I still cant find the specific page that has "tickets" that i can see and respond to.

I was sent a new part for my LFIII and it works great. Once I was emailed everything was smooth and easy and she was really nice to deal with.

I bought a new Liquid Freezer III Pro…

I bought a new Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, unfortunately one of the fans started failing within a week. I contacted customer service and the response was swift. With a brief explanation and proof of purchase a new fan was shipped to me immediately.

Absolutely painless experience, something you don’t see too often these days.

Very impressed, I expect to be a repeat customer.

Aftercare Excellence

Found myself in a position where I acquired a 280mm LF III Pro, opened but never used, off eBay and the pack arrived without any of the PWM cables inside. Unable to get through to the seller any longer I reached out to Arctic looking to buy the required cables and I was pleasantly surprised with a free shipment of the cables in question. Outstanding customer care! Thank you Jessica for handling my query, and thank you Arctic for such practices. A kind gesture goes very far in this day and age.

Excellent Customer Service

I am in the UK and bought a pack of 5x 140mm Arctic P14 PWM PST in Oct 2022. They performed well until 2 of the front case fans died after about 2 years. I read up on their warranty of 6 years and reached out to their support team with a description, proof of purchase and a video showing the problem.

Simon replied after a few business days and asked for a delivery address and arranged for 2 replacement fans to be sent out. The fans arrived from Germany after a week or so from Simon's.

The only issue I had was that because it was done through DHL Germany, I had a bit of trouble tracking updates and choosing options once arrived locally in the UK. That is a DHL issue and not Arctic's.

This has been one of the most seamless and pain-free customer service responses I have experienced, I would say this is best-in-class.

Many thanks Simon for your help, you guys are definitely doing the right thing with building customer loyalty.
