I had a faulty AIO and contacted support, I got a reply a few days later (AIO completely failed by then) and we arranged for an RMA. I sent the unit back to Germany and after checking it the notified me the unit was faulty, due to it sitting in the seller's warehouse for 3+ years before I bought it. They offered me either a new product or a partial refund.
Very helpful, no issues with the process, everything went fast and smooth. Can recommend!

Arctic are awesome. Very cool service. They sent a water cooling system maintenance kit without any problems, even to a country with restricted contacts. Much respect for not abandoning their loyal customer. All the fans in the computer are from Arctic - excellent cooling, reasonable price and super support!

I used an Arctic Liquid Freezer in a recent PC build and was impressed with the build quality and performance. But the real surprise was the customer service... The device comes with two cables to support two different configurations - I chose one and completely lost the other cable. A couple of months later, I decided that I should have used the other configuration. I contacted Arctic customer support to ask if I could buy a replacement for the missing cable - their agent asked for my address and dropped one in the post to me completely free of charge. Less than a week later, I had the new configuration up and running - and performance is even better! Excellent customer service, Arctic!

10-year Flawless Customer Experience
I have been buying from Arctic for several years and many custom PC builds now. The experience has always been flawless. I compare prices every time I build a new PC or update and yet I've always return to this supplier.
in March I needed support for a 3-year-old Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 which did not have an adapter for an Intel i9 processor. The always friendly Support Team was off for the holidays but got it sent quickly as soon as they returned.
In the same period, I needed a new cooler for another build. I compared prices and Arctic was again a no-brainer, the mix between cost-benefit, quality and second-to-none support keeps me coming back to Arctic and happy to do so. I bought Arctic Liquid Freezer III and my cool new PC runs as smoothly as ever.

Great support
Asked Arctic support (Germany) if the Freezer II 420 would fit on my ASUS Rog Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi II because the Z790-F type is on their incompatible list.
They confirmed their AIO should fit my mainboard, so I've ordered one through their webshop and received the latest revision.
Unfortunately the pump and brackets interfere with the mainboards top heatsink.
update 03/01/2024: the same day they offered me the option to exchange the product or return it. Got the money back and ordered the Freezer III. Today I've installed it and this version works great!

They were wonderful! One of the best customer service experience I ever had.
So, I have an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280mm. I requested a service kit for it (it had some known manufacturing problems) and my AM4 mounting kit was also bent a bit. I couldn't buy the mounting kit from them, so I just requested it, but they were very nice and helpful and sent it to me free of charge in the same package with the service kit. They've earned my brand loyalty!

Customer support is fantastic!
I purchased a AIO from Amazon and when it was delivered I noticed I was missing the mounting brackets for my CPU. I contacted customer support and dealt with Simon who went above and beyond to help and support me with my issue and sent out all the required parts free of charge. Best service by far from any hardware company I have dealt with!

I was in doubt of writing this review as my issue hasn’t been resolved yet and this will probably backfire at me. But as it has been almost three months since I opened my ticket I guess it will never be resolved, so here goes…
First of all I want to say that the support personnel are really friendly and as far as I can tell really knowledgeable. I feel like my horrible experience has more to do with lack of personnel and therefore my rating is for the company as a whole.
29/03/2023 My Liquid Freezer ii rev.2 stopped working and I logged a ticket (#GI230361)
31/03/2023 Arctic replied and requested me to attach the invoice, so I did.
03/04/2023 Arctic gave me the details to send my LF2-360 to Germany.
05/04/2023 Arctic received my LF2-360
06/04/2023 Arctic finished their check-up and concluded that my pump was not working. They will send me an exchange unit (refurbished).
13/04/2023 Received my refurbished LF2-360. Installed it the same day and tested it. And… my CPU was running at 88C, more than 20C higher then with my original LF2-360
Up until this point all responses were fairly quick, but I was unfortunate to have received a refurbished unit which wasn’t performing.
14/04/2023 Arctic requested me to take pictures of the way I have mounted it and also pictures of the thermal paste distribution, so I did and replied the same day.
18/04/2023 Arctic suggested that I change the mounting clips and test again. I did this, posted pictures and temperature results (was running 0,6C cooler, but still well over 20C hotter than before).
20/04/2023 Arctic agreed that my unit wasn’t working as it should and promised me to send a new one. They would check on Monday 24/04 if they had any in stock and let me know.
05/05/2023 Haven’t heard anything for two weeks, I send them a reminder for an update.
05/05/2023 Arctic apologises for not responding. They indicate that they don’t have any new units in stock yet and they will get a container with new shipments on 12th of May.
31/05 I haven’t heard anything for more then 2 weeks after the expected new shipment, so I sent them a reminder and asked for an update.
Nothing…
14/06/2023 Again send a message requesting an update.
Nothing…
It’s now 52 days since they last updated me. Such a shame!
Update 19/07: My issue has been resolved. I truly hope that people who don't post a negative review will also get the support they deserve.
