New motherboard
New motherboard
I have a Freezer III 420 AIO and bought a Gigabyte X670E AORUS MASTER motherboard.
The heatsink for the first M.2 SSD was too high to fit and Arctic send me a low profile heatsink free of charge (although I should have checked compatibility between cooler and motherboard).
The low profile heatsink lowered the temp by about 10 degrees Celcius.

Ordered an Arctic Liquid Freezer III…
Ordered an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 but it didnt fit on my motherboard because one of the SSD heatsinks was too big. Arctic provided me with one of their own for free and this solved everything.

There’s a problem that can occur with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III VRM fan — it may start making noise.
One ticket to support, two weeks, and I received a whole new VRM module.
They ship it to almost every country (Russia in my case).

The customer support center was very helpful with my Liquid Freezer III 420 broken bracket issue. They sent a new AM5 mounting bracket for free, and it arrived very quickly.
First class customer support
I am hugely impressed with the customer service provided by Arctic. Recently the bearings on the pump fan of my AIO failed. Arctic couldn't have been more accommodating to help me carry out the repair by sending a replacement part and comprehensive instructions. It's very rare to encounter such an unambiguous level of support in the technology sector. Huge shout out to Arctic and Lucas.
Great support and very quiet fans
Computer part companies are mostly horrific when it comes to customer service, but Arctic is totally different. I had an issue with one of my CPU cooler fans (was making noise). I was helped very well and everything was solved within a few weeks. Most time spent was me having to record the noise the fan made not getting the right format to send.
If I ever need any other cooler or fan for my PC, Arctic is for sure on the top of my list.
Ow and the fans are so quiet, I even had to double check if my pc was even on, because it didn't make a sound.

Lots of businesses "talk the talk" about customer service but only a few "Walk the Walk" Arctic.de is one of the few that actually delivers real customer service! Any time I have contacted them I have had fast & helpful responses. Very impressive!
I have been putting PCs together since the early 1980s and when more powerful, overclockable, CPUs began to appear it was always a problem to find a good passive cooler that worked better than the bundled coolers delivered by Intel and AMD.
Then, in the early 2000s, I came across Arctic Cooling and my problem stopped. For every PC build I did since then my first stop was always Arctic and when I compared them with the competition Arctic always won - so, Arctic coolers were installed in every PC I built. Arctic always had the best price point for the quietest and most effective cooler.
My compliments to Arctic for an excellent series of reliable products and a superb support team. They make my life easier!
Polite, correct, fast - it was a nice experience
I bought a cpu cooler from a hungarian retailer and unfortunately after a few month one of the fan got a faulty bearing. I found the hungarian retailers warranty procedure pretty time consuming and bothersome so I decided to write to Arctic about the faulty fan, and after few mails and sending them a video of the faulty fan, they sent me a new one which is working like a charm :)
Arctic customer support is really polite and cool, so there were no issues with the communication. I submited my ticket around christmas so it took some more time to be picked up then usual but it was obvious for me why.
All-in-all a really pleasant experience with Arctic Cust. Support :) I wish all company to have such a nice one :D

I recently purchased the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360, and unfortunately, I later learned that it was not compatible with my computer. I immediately contacted Arctic and got in touch with the authorized representative Simon, who provided me with the parts to solve my issue, despite it being my fault. I will continue to use Arctic products. I would like to express my thanks to Simon and Arctic for this thoughtful behavior!

Arctic is not one of the best Computer parts company out there but they are definitely one of the most trustworthy and helpful companies I have ever seen!
I ordered an Arctic 34 eSports duo cooler which had a flaw, there were no threads for the screw to go in. I contacted Arctic and even thought it took them a while to message me back they finally answered after a while and provided me with a replacement cooler free of charge!
