I have had several issues the last couple of days but thankfully Georgia and Ruth from student support were on hand to sort things out for me, thank you so much

Can't fault the admissions team for the service they provided. I applied at short notice with a complex application (credit transfer), the admission team managed to offer me a place with exclusions in roughly 30 days turn around, where other Universities take a minimum of 8-12 weeks for credit transfers. My student advisor was Daniel Jonsson.

I have recently completed a part time distance Masters in HR and can highly recommend the experience I had with Arden university.
First of all, I registered via experience as a mature student, not having completed a Bachelors degree, so this was a key reason why I joined Arden. Secondly, I carried out my studies alongside full time employment, so the distance course was a fantastic option.
Right from the start, I found Luke super helpful in answering my many questions when choosing my university and course, always answering my emails promptly.
Dr. Aaron Taylor has been especially helpful during the course, giving useful feedback and answering my many questions quickly.
The study skills team were great and I took advantage of their many sessions to help complete my qualification.
Any problem that I encountered was resolved quickly and I genuinely felt that the Arden team care about their students.
The online learning portal was easy to navigate and the learning modules were very informative and helpful. The library resource was fantastic and easy to use / save journals and texts into project folders.
I has a great experience with Arden and would not hesitate in recommending the university.

My study experience with Arden University is so wonderful. I got support from the student support section throughout all my study years regarding all issues. I received support from a student support center on how to manage my study and support during difficult psychological times that I had in my life during the study periods. I got enough support and teaching from the teachers whenever I requested, they were very generous and patient.

I would to give recognition to John Taylor in support who has help resolved my issues which no one was taking ownership of and I was getting thrown pillar to post! He took ownership and sorted my very complex issues out in no time! He is an asset to the university and the best in student support for distance learning… thank you John you have made my experience in Arden a great one!

The foundation year at this university is very helpful for me. I like the content of the course. The foundation year provide me with the chance to get ready for my higher education since I had a long period of absence from study. All of the teachers are cooperative, notably, Asraful Khan, who taught us how to compute and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.

I’m in my first year at Arden studying Business and I’m really enjoying all aspects of the university. The modules are easy to follow and my lecturer meets with us on a weekly basis via Zoom. I’ve had 1-2-1s with an Academic Skills Tutor who really helped me with referencing and assignment structure. Student Support have been in touch with some useful webinars, the one on how to submit was great. I’ve also joined the Reading Society which is fab, and I’m hoping to win our quiz this month!
I’d highly recommend Arden! 🙂

Absolute money grabber. First take your tuition fee with all their ad's and communication, then when it comes down to their so called, "flexibility" they end up not giving a damn. I am still awaiting confirmation on my acceptance coming back from an absence due to personal circumstances, and they've taken my loan yet still received no response. No support during the course, and the teachers have absolutely not a care in the world, with grading systems almost made up. Save yourself the time and money, go somewhere more accredited and avoid at all costs.

I am pleased to share my good news as I just started my 2 years journey towards the Level 7 Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Arden University and I would like to say a big Thank You to the recruitment team in particular to Luke Marriott for his dedication, enthusiasm, efficiency and all the hard work he does. You are indeed an asset to the organization.
I am looking forward to meet more people with such a high level of support during my study period.

The worse university. They will waste your time. When you call to the student support always say “ I understand your frustration but nothing I can help” they make me change my course because the one I joined where no longer available and that transaction make me lost my tuition fees and maintenance los de because they didn’t send the right information to the student England finance. Which means I lost one year of my life in this disgusting university.
I know I have to apply for next year as a new student 2021/2022 but I was talking about last year ! I didn’t received my maintenance loans because during the transfer to the bother course they stop my application!!!!! I’m aware of the form for next year but who give me the money from last year ?

If I only seen these bad reviews before I applied to this university. My experience studying as a DL in this university has been initially very pleasant until my 4th Module I got this dude that calls himself a tutor. I don't know where to begin, from the lack of engagement with the students, to making very tedious recordings on what he wants students to do for the assignments. I had an assignment that was poorly marked by this Tutor and believe me I'm not taking on him because of this but because of the complete lack of respect for my body of work. The grade he gave me was on the score that by definition implies the student almost doesn't engage in any of the academic work that usually tutors require, by failing to give a good constructive academicwork, which for me I thought it was pretty unfair given the fact that not only I did that but I also gave a good effort spending countless evenings trying to work on this piece. The whole dynamic on getting to spend countless evenings studying and doing an assessment that in the end results in a poor grade is really frustrating. oh! And the best part is when for this particular assessment you had to embed a powerpoint presentation on a word document as part of it and you get 0 for it because he couldn't open the bloody thing, after I have tested several times before I could submit it to Turnitin and believe me, it would open!! So how did student support resolve this?? By trying to sugar coat the whole situation after I reported it and urged them to find another way for students to submit powerpoint presentations that are part of assessments, because the way it was currently required was not working. They said to go to Unitu to voice my frustration and rest assure they were looking into it. So I did! In unitu they did reply that they were going to look into it but did I receive any feedback after that? Nope, I guess my complaint was squashed "under the matt" like the thousands of other complaints.Trying to go through the Module with an almost inexistent Tutor then demanding we do things a certain way or else! And not even a good remark, or some encouragement or good feedback , nothing!! Zero!! IWhich makes me,actually question why do I even bother spending countless evenings studying after I've been on a full time job all day, which is mentally exhausting already as it is to come home and have to study on a Module which you don't feel supported or even motivated to study at all. I'm seriously considering dropping out.
