Nrarly 2 weeks ago the order was made- nothing. Email replies are automated or ‘Diane’ can’t read.

My kids wanted to surprise their mum for her birthday- Ariadne have left them ‘high and dry’.

This is the reply you get numerous times.

Scam scam scam never received my order and never heard from them do not fall for this company

Total SCAM !!!!!!!!
These people have been dodging my emails! I Never received my order , now I’m looking at reviews and man DO I regret!

It took forever and several emails to even receive my order. Their responses, which which had a headline of “An update about your order“, was nothing but an advertisement of more of their junk. And it arrived in two separate shipments. The quality is nonexistent! When I contacted them about the lack of quality including pictures that showed them the differences between what they show on their website versus what they actually sent to me, they responded by sending me 7 duplicate emails containing my order!

Thank God I used PayPal, and I will get all of my money back.

These people are professional scammers and use the same address in LA for multiple fake jewelry store fronts. I ordered from them and they sent me empty boxes of tissue paper then when I disputed it with my credit card they gave my credit card company proof of delivery but sorry losers I was able to get my money back!

The shop app said the store already delivered it and it never did. Took over a month to receive my stuff that I thought were never coming. Contacted the company after 3 weeks of waiting for my stuff and never heard back. Multiple items I ordered were missing from my order. Contacted the bank and long and behold she sent them the proof of my order. Lol this store was just terrible.

Didn't think it was a scam. Received my rings and they looked very nice, after a month of wearing them they tarnished. You get what you paid for.

After buying the ring I thought about it for two days and wished I never did which I would later regret. The website was already suspicious because many of the items listed on it were sold on other platforms. So, I went to go read their bio which was about three aspiring women who wanted to make better and affordable jewelry hence should've been a red flag because the jewelry we're heavily discounted. I also believe they put that these jewelry were supposedly created by them but l'm writing this 3 months later so I don't remember. Thus, since my item hasn't shipped yet I wanted to cancel my order however, the item was shipped the next day and I didn't get a reply until 6 days later. Hence, I waited and when the ring did arrive it was as I thought all along confirming my suspicions of the website. The crystal was in fact glued on and the prongs that are supposed to hold the stone down looked ike they were just there for show. The worst part was that the big three crystals of the ring I bought were glued on crookedly and that the ring was a dupe of the original. In conclusion, do not buy from this website. It's fake and on many websites like these almost all of them have these stories of a small business person who wants to make affordable jewelry that are "their own creations" and are of "good" quality.

I knew it wouldnt be great but didnt expect it to be as bad as it was, its not sterling silver, what ever coating is on it has bubbles. and the setting is atrocious. I got it to wear to a fancy party to match a bracelet I had and wasnt having luck in local stores. I gave it to my granddaughter to add to her dress up box. Ive posted a review on their site 3 times and it wont post or they delete it because its less than 2 stars. so that leads me to believe that the reviews are all the same person or employees.

This place is a joke! Won’t answer and number is disconnected. Won’t answer emails!!

I never got my package. I sent tons of reviews. It’s a scam. Emailed customer service. Never got my necklace. Never got my bracelet. They will not answer. Do not buy from this company.

Sent a tracking link that didn’t work. Order status says no shippable items. No response to any of my emails.

Its a scam - the company is closed but still taking orders and promising ship dates as well as providing fraudulent tracking number that cannot be tracked. It a scheme, a grift - DO NOT ORDER FROM ARIANNE JEWELRY!

Although the shipping was a bit slow, I thought it was definitely worth the wait when the rings I ordered arrived. They’re honestly beautiful and for the price I’m surprised at how critical everyone’s being. In my opinion they’re a great deal and the pros greatly outweigh the cons.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered some weeks ago. Did not receive item. I have tried to contact several times by all methods of contact. Complete rip off. No replies then sent another order No to be tracked. No thing. They are scammers

I placed an order on 2/14/23. it is now over 3 months later and i dont have the order and the company refuses to refund me .

They also stopped answering my daily emails 1 month ago after telling me I should try checking a post office .

They are now ignoring me after sending me several false tracking information for weeks . Eventually they said it was lost and they'd send me another one . i refused and requested my money back .

Since they will now be keeping my money and the item I would just like to warn everyone else to not waste their time, energy or money dealing with these scammers

I bought 3 rings and a bracelet. The company says the jewelry will not change or anything, I was really excited because I’ve bought from other places rings and they have turned a copper color, this company says the jewelry won’t change. That is a lie!! All the jewelry changed in spots a copper color, I’d spent over $40 for my order and since I didn’t have the time to send them back with me paying shipping, because of my job I went back and forth with the company about this for a couple of weeks. They said they would refund, they refunded me $4.50 10% of the cost of the order. This company is false advertising their jewelry is not like they say, I will never order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

i ordered a couple rings and they never came, so about a month later i sent a follow up email and they said to go and find my package (which i never received). which is already like wth?? then i sent another email saying i have cameras and i never saw the package come. They won’t send a refund!! i’ve asked and demanded one several times, they don’t reply to my emails anymore and completely ignore me. Save yourself $100 and don’t buy. such a disappointment and waste of money

Less than 10 days after receiving 4 rings from this company, a stone fell out of one and all began to tarnish and turn my fingers green. Despite their claims their jewellery is 925 sterling silver, I suspect it’s a cheap alloy. Do not purchase, the quality is shocking. I don’t believe I’ll receive a refund so please be careful.

I wish I had read all of the reviews before placing an order. The tracking shows delivered, but I never received the package. I've been emailing and emailing to try and get a USPS tracking number and no one ever replies. Taking it as a loss, but never again.
