IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT BUY. my package has been sitting in LA for over a month. They don't respond to emails.

Do NOT purchase from this company. I placed an order on March 17th. It was processed on March 20th. The shipping process was delayed until the next day. Once it was shipped out I received a tracking number. Since march 30th my parcel has been sitting in Los Angeles. I tracked the package to the location of the business. I then received an email stating my package was delivered. So basically, I purchased jewelry for the people at the business. This company is a SCAM! This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. Do not trust this company! I contacted my bank for restitution!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Firstly, this not an American Company, they Ship from China. The Company details provided along with the contact number are fake.

Secondly, if you actually receive your order, it will be a very poorly made ring which is most likely purchased from Wish or a similar company.

Thirdly, their lifetime guarantee against tarnishing or damage is useless. My ring turned from silver to copper by the 4th day of wearing.

I am currently seeking a refund for the tarnished ring which I can no longer wear, along with another that did not arrive.

I ordered and paid for rings that I still haven't received. I have emailed them, tried to track my package but no answer from the company. I have requested a refund and haven't received a response. A complete scam

Only giving one star so I can leave a review. Company information on website is all inaccurate - products come from China not US. Customer service contact info doesn't work so no way to contact them. Product eventually arrived, terrible quality and nothing like advertised. AVOID.

I only gave it a star to be able to write this review.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! THEY PROVIDE FAKE SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION!! THIS IS NOT A STORE LOCATED IN THE US. AND GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IS DIFFICULT. They know we can't do anything about them scamming us. You will have to deal with your bank and not them!!!

Buyer beware:
This company is worst than worst.

Do not order: they only steal your money.

Impossible customer service: they keep sending me back the email with the tracking number no matter how many times and different emails I send.

Ordered ring thought was in the united states untill I saw it shipped from china. Still no ring contacting bank to reverse charges.

Its a lie..

I placed an order on 02/09/23 and was charged the same day. I never received an order confirmation, and now all attempts to contact this business are impossible; they have no phone support according to the message and the email they provide is returned as undeliverable. I wasn't hoping for anything great from the prices, but I was hoping to get what I paid for.

Site is called ariannejewelry.com, Says they are American, gives an american address and dollar prices....then ships from China. I emailed immediately about this and was ignored for nearly a week, when they replied they ignored my question and just repeated the tracking. I looked closer at the site, it's called ariannejewelry.com, yet the about us part says they are three women under the company name ISPY Jewelry, customer service replies come from a company called STA Media using gmail Zendesks. It's been nearly 40 days and the rings still have not came, the company has ignored all my messages and again replied only with the tracking when I raised a dispute with Paypal, Paypal refunded me. Proceed with caution while using this site.
