I was very pleased with this course. It's well presented and very convenient the way the testing is programed. Their customer service is great unfortunately I didnt pick up on the name for the lady that helped me.

I am aware of Arizona laws than before and will endeavor to obey them with due diligence.

Waited for 2 hours, after payment for "support staff", finally called on the phone. Meg Villarose lied that e-mail was sent to me, and tried to cover up for Maria Rebolledo. Are these employees teens, working for home, or what?
PS. No video in your online class worked, some questions are duplicate and some totally missed.

This was a course that was really informative. I think everyone should actually take this course weather you have received a citation or not. I believe so many infractions on the road is because a lot of drivers don’t take in consideration what they were doing is a crime. This was a great refreshers course. It has been over forty years since drivers training.

I found the flow of the course very well done. What was a stumbling block was the mistakes in English though out the entire course. There were many times I thought someone had converted a PDF document using Word. An example is the work "ticket" was written as "take", this occurred several time. Someone would review the language in the entire course to make it more understandable.

I needed to get my traffic school done today and they were able to help me right away on a Sunday of all days. I had called 10 other schools with no answer until I got to this one, glad I did. It was fast and easy.

The course was easy to follow and very thorough. Eleanor S. was great! She answered all of my questions and got my course activated promptly.

The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help.
However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections.
I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words.
On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.

It was extremely knowledgeable and I enjoyed taking the course!

A true 5 star experience that was easy to use, easy to learn and easy to complete. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else, when ArizonaDefensiveDriving is the best!

The online Defensive Driving and Traffic Safety course was user-friendly, easy to follow for the contents and tests, thank you for your help.

I was disappointed by the significant number of errors in the information, as if someone voice texted, but nobody edited the information. At times I was uncertain as to exactly what was intended, as the errors could have gone either way. This should be edited.

This was my 16 year old daughter’s first and hopefully last citation, and we were glad that she had the opportunity to take this class to prevent losing any points on her license. We were especially happy that NICE offered an online class that let her log out and log back in as often as she needed to. This was extremely helpful do to having school, homework, going to her job, and other school activities. We are very grateful for NICE.

The course was very informative and well structured. I learned a lot about Arizona driving laws that I was unaware of. Overall a good course!

Really great service, what withbeing able to do from home, on my own time. Prompt service when I needed an extension. They might want to proofread their material. I found a lot of grammatical and punctuation mistakes, most particularly in the final module. Altogether though, very grateful for their website.
