It was my first time but it was great and helped me to learn some new stuff.

Very easy, friendly process. Quite a few typos on the test. Would be helpful to show correct answers to incorrect results and changing the questions, rather than re asking the same question until correct.

The class was fine BUT somebody needs to spell check. They’re so many grammar errors throughout the course.

The registration process was very easy.

I took the online course. NISE was very timely in getting me registered to take their course. The information was provided in an easy to understand format.

The Staff were very helpful and kind, I do not remember the names of those who helped me over the phone but I greatly appreciate the service. The course was made easy and convenient for people to take. Highly recommend using ADD to anyone who needs to take Driving Safety Courses.

The course with read along took away all of my anxiety and was very EASY to understand and follow. I was on a deadline and Eric Melendrez made sure I had access to the course ASAP. Thankful it all worked out and grateful for NISE!

After sending my license and ticket information I hadn't received any response. I call to see what is going on to find out not only was my session expired, but my information was found but was sitting in the spam folder. Thankfully the process to get a court extention was fast however this can really screw people over

This is a very good and straight forward approach to Arizona's driving regulations and laws. Good review!

Tess Mendoza and Eric Melendres are helpful. They were very responsive. The course is straightforward and can be completed with ones busy live in mind.

The text is riddled with errors, almost every other sentence. It appears as though a computer-generated, sound-recognition system is used to produce the text. Example, from near the end of the course: "aggressive" became "a gross of" in the text. Not only is this ridiculous and inexcusable, it makes it difficult for the student to quickly understand the message being conveyed -- which then defeats the whole purpose of the course. I found this unbelievable embarrassing. Has anyone in your company ever taken this course on a trial basis? This lack of literacy is entirely avoidable.

the program was somewhat informative and interesting but a little repetitive. I am glad I was able to update my knowledge on driving rules.
I am not sure why the times were so lengthy when I was able to read the information in shorter times, made the program a little longer than necessary

This is a great course. The website works well and customer service is very responsive either through email or phone call.
