Great

First time I shopped at Ark, I ordered a jacket online the delivery was on time and kept me informed with my delivery through texts and emails. Great price and good quality jacket, defiantly recommend it to other people. Thank you

Incompetent when matching correctly sized items with labels and tags

Ark have sent me the incorrect item on TWO occasions.

I was supposed to receive an XL sized hoody and instead they sent me an XS.

I emailed them, sent the item back (had to pay almost £9 in P&P) and a few days later they AGAIN sent me an XS item.

I complained again and was advised last Saturday (09.01.2016) that I would get a manager call back within 3 days - this never happened.

The service is a disgrace and they also like to respond with generic emails - which aren't helpful.

bad sizes

One item for absolutely fine, a bit too big infact, while the other doesn't fit at all. They are both the same size.

Competent

This company are amazing. Their goods are sent out quickly and any returns are refunded with no hassle and very fast. They also have some great bargains. A very competent company.

Wrong dress

Ordered a dress and got the wrong one. Looked online and it was out of stock in my size so they had just sent out another which i would of rather just cancelled and saved money on a dress i didnt want.

Would buy from again!!!

Ordered two bomber jackets and then received an email saying that one of them was out of stock and was refunded straight away!! So was disappointed with that, but other than that everything else was fine!! And would buy from again!!!

Love the style!

I love the style of Ark! Everything abut it is amazing and I like the sense of fashion! But there's a lot of summer stuff at the moment and it's winter. Other than that, I would recommend to a friend 😊

Awesome products but terrible service

I love the range and the sales are always good but my last order was a struggle. They sent it a week later on the day it was due to arrive, and dealing with customer service is very unhelpful.
