Not good quality. I bought one and as I opened it to put it in my septum, it snapped. So I contacted them and they sent me a replacement, but that one also broke very easily so I didn’t order another or get another replacement.

They’ve replied to argue this too which I find awfully immature. Everyone has an opinion and I’ve voiced mine for anyone who’d like to purchase from your store, simple as that. And if you took the time to read, you’d see that I did mention you sent me a replacement. You’re ASSUMING I’ve “pulled” open the ring, I’ve had a septum for years, I think I know how to put the rings in properly. Not once have I have TWO break in such a short amount of time from any other company. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of clear silicone tunnels. One of them arrived with defects. I emailed and was sent a new one very quickly. I'd order from here again.

My husband kindly gifted me two pairs of earrings from the shop for my birthday. While both sets look beautiful, I regret to say that their design leaves something to be desired. They do not seem to justify their price point. I found it difficult to insert both earrings into my earlobes. The hooks appear fragile and might break after a few uses. They looked fine in the packaging, but the issues became apparent upon trying them on. My sister and husband tried to insert the earrings but were unable to do so. Although the seller seemed to disagree, they were fair and provided a refund.

I’ve been ordering since I was 15 yrs old, now nearly 32! Only had one item in that time I didn’t rate (Labret went weird/tarnished really quickly) however, everything else and bought quite a few things over the years (nose rings, labrets, earrings, tunnels when I had stretched ears) all brilliant and lovely designs - At really decent prices. Delivery is super quick usually posted the next day after ordering or worst case following day. Usually have codes / loyalty codes too. Always my place to go, just wish you had more labrets 😂
