Sorry to hear that. As with all our orders, we send everything in clear inspection bags so you can decide if you want to keep the items once received. We will accept any unopened items back for any reason at all for a full refund. But I have no record of you contacting us about your order.
I see you bought a BCR for £6 and a labret for £9 both of which in our opinion are good quality for the price. You also bought a sterling silver twist ring with a discount. Maybe you could email us and let us know what the issue was?

Im sorry you don’t have basic literacy skills. Thats not really my fault. Tunnels = plural, the price would indicate as much as well. You know exactly what games you’re playing and your customers see right through you.
When I tried return twice you ignored my emails, so again stop playing games!
Stop pretending you’re a nice company when all you do is get everyone’s negative reviews deleted. Your Facebook reviews definitely do not line-up with your trustpilot reviews.
You are clearly a very dishonest and stupid company.
P.s just a literacy and basic human interaction tip for you: people don’t find the answer to their question if the products come in pairs and then keep on looking for the answer. I’ve explained this to you but for some reason the single person that works there doesn’t understand that..
you will not get anywhere with this company and if you try they’ll just immaturely ignore you but not your public negative review..

I'm sorry you didn't read the description, but thats not really our fault. We make it as clear as possible. None of our product titles say 'pairs' unless they are a pair.
The message; 'Unless clearly stated otherwise,
the price is for one piece, not a pair.' is not in small print. It is in the same size print as the product description as anyone can go and see on our website. It is printed on every single item.
Many of our customers have a single stretched ear or different sized stretched ears which is why we sell plugs and tunnels individually.
Even after saying all that you still could have returned the single plugs back to us for a refund, as we accept unopened items back for any reason at all.

I've been a customer of Arka for years, and they rarely disappoint. The designs are consistently stunning, and the quality is generally very high. Shipping is quick, and customer service is excellent. While one purchase had minor issues, they resolved it well. Overall, Arka is a trustworthy and creative brand worth checking out.

Have been buying from Arka for over 5 years. I love the collection of body jewellery they offer. Unfortunately as I'm from Ireland, my purchase always goes through customs and I get charged VAT and a service charge 😭 however I love all the jewellery I've ordered and the occasional free gift alongside a handwritten note make it worthwhile. Love the wooden earrings.
