Hi Tatiana, you emailed us about this and we replied saying not to worry as all our items are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Lucia emailed you and asked you to send a picture of the broken item and we would send you a replacement straight away. But you haven't replied?
Great value for money
I always buy from arka because their products are good quality and reasonably priced. Delivery is super quick too. My only criticism is the variety? I like punky youth for the variety but I don't buy from them because they're expensive.

Yes there are other sites with a wide variety of stock. We're a small company and we offer a smaller range than the big boys. What we do is carefully curate and design our collection for our audience. We know what we love and we don't stock anything we don't love. You don't have to scroll through pages of questionable designs with us. :)

Beautiful solid wood chunky hoop earrings
Another great purchase from arka I don’t buy anywhere else as the quality is great and the delivery fast.
This purchase was some lovely solid wood hoops for stretched ears I wasn’t sure of my exact size to bought 2 pairs in the end. The grain of the wood is beautiful the only negative is that they have a strong smell of either the polish or the wood sap when you first get them but I washed them and oil them with some coconut oil’s and it slowly goes away.
I have done this before with wooden ear plugs and spirals it works a treat :)

Hi Jasmine, I am not sure if you are referring to a silver or brass item. Both will tarnish over time.
Silver can go black due to body chemistry, (sweat) or makeup or moisture. This is very common and can happen at different rates for different people. (Some peoples body chemistry can make it happen faster) Silver can be bought back to being shiny with a silver cloth. Please Google that.
Brass will also tarnish for the same reasons.. Brass can be cleaned and brought back to being shiny by using vinegar or lemon juice! There are also brass cleaning cloths available. Please Google keeping brass jewellery shiny.
