Very quick response and a comprehensive report, thankyou

Visited quickly as was quite last minute. Very detailed report from Dan for the money. I was quite surprised. Excellent!

A comprehensive report highlighting issues that need attention.

Survey was booked with Homeserve and Ark Surveyors Ltd were assigned the work. Dan contacted to set access date. As time was of the essence and we needed the Survey and Valuation done, Ark Surveyors was able to schedule the job as early as possible and delivered a detailed report within a week. Ark Surveyors services are very thorough, swift and on time. I don't hesitate in recommending them.

I was put in contact with Ark Surveyors through another site. The process of arranging the survey was swift and within 24hrs I received an email confirmation.

However after the initial email, I found communication to be poor.I had to call on a number of occasions to request a response to emails sent. Upon speaking to Dan I found him to be quite short and I always felt that he was busy with something else.

With that said the report itself was received within a week and despite minor typo's and it being labelled DRAFT. It was extremely thorough and detailed and based on the information shared I have some additional information I would not have had on the property I am purchasing which has enabled me to do further checks.

So overall not a bad experience but communication could be better.

Dan helped us with a level 3 survey for an older flat. We were very happy with the report and the timeline. He did the survey and delivered a detailed report within 10 days, as he said he would when we instructed him. The report is very detailed and it answered all the questions we had. 100% recommend him

It’s was nice experience and report was really good and well explained. I just only feel one missing thing in report it was not estimated cost of things which are highly under risk. If in future it add in the report then it’s really helpful for customers to negotiate price with the seller.

Arranged a survey through HomeMove and was booked for next morning. Was really impressed with service throughout and was so thorough taking photos throughout our new property. Dan was our surveyor and his communication was brilliant, highly recommend to anyone in process of buying a new home.
