Very detailed and kind

Very easy to deal with and provided a detailed report

I had a levels 3 survey done by Ark Surveyors Limited. Dan was the gentleman who came to do it he was very patient listen to me and my husband and was very quick at giving us back the report.

Level 2 surveys are not worth the paper they are written on and will create false issues with your property. Ark's level 2 survey made out like our property was falling apart when it was not the case and was perfectly liveable.

Very prompt, very thorough, very reasonably priced and was extremely helpful on the phone with my questions.

I have used Ark Surveyors Limited for my Level 2 survey while purchasing a flat as FTB.
Dan Jombla was my surveyor, and I had a tremendous experience with him, as well as with his colleagues.
They are all very kind and supportive, highly responsive and knowledgeable.
My survey was arranged and completed, and the report was sent via email promptly.
Dan was always available to answer additional questions, which made a huge difference.

He arranged the inspection promptly after I confirmed the booking and called me after the inspection to give me a quick overview of the inspection followed by a very detailed report with lots of photos and descriptions within 3 days. I had several areas Dan raised in his report investigated further by other companies and all further reports came back showing no issues, every company has been at a loss as to why Dan flagged these 'problems' in the first place.

Originally very helpful with my additional questions but felt he became irritable and impatient. Report was also full of grammar and spelling mistakes.
