Thanks Arne! I buy for my daughter currently who is 13. Just just bought the sage leggings and bra top which is amazingly soft and looks amazing on her. She also bought the grey zip up hoody. We will be back soon! Hoping for some nice shorts sets for holiday! Fabulous quality products and love the very discreet emblem. I think the quality vs the cost is amazing and I hope you start doing teenager boys? Not explored if you do as yet but from the girls in the family, thanks! ☺️

Visited the Liverpool store today, it was super busy but the staff were so helpful & couldn’t do enough for me. Very friendly customer arrived! I usually just buy for my husband but with the help of a lovely young girl I ended up purchasing a set for myself. Really enjoyed the experience.

Customer care zero
Tried a tracksuit on and couldn't be bothered to get back undressed just wanted to keep clothes on so walked to the till to pay for the clothes on my back only to be told I wasn't allowed to buy the clothes unless I took off, I asked the girl was she joking and she said no and said the management wouldn't allow her to serve me otherwise.
Then the next week took a tracksuit back that had been bought for me for xmas but was wrong size and because it had gone over the time for returns they would not allow me to swap for the same tracking the correct size.
Also bought two jackets and two separate occasions and both jackets have had a hole in the pockets.
Poor quality clothing and poor customer care.
Will not be going back to shop at this store again

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was excellent. The store can be a little strange with only a few sizes of each item on the shelves, however do let that put you off. The staff are excellent and more than happy to search the drawers and stock room for your size. And if they don’t have your size in the colour you want, they will bring out the colours they have available in that style.
