Had a really good experience through Arnold & Baldwin. We were recommended through our estate agents and they were really responsive. I found the survey to be so in depth and really gave us clarity on the property. It’s been really useful for future works to the property. I have used Arnold & Baldwin for surveys on two different properties. Both times, the reports were excellent with both surveyors taking the time to call me and answer additional questions that we had. I also found other staff that I spoke with to be helpful and diligent in returning calls and answering queries. I would recommend their service to anyone.

A&B were surveyors that covered the area where I was looking to buy my 1st property. I spoke with Same William from the business development team who ran me through all the options available and what the pros/cons of each were and the respective price points, followed by a recommendation. The surveyor Jerome Jackson who conducted the survey did an excellent job and the report was fantastic, including legal enquiries that should be raised, and items that were missed from a quick visual inspection on my end. I decided to include a drone survey as this was a house purchase and i am glad i did - as the drone was able to capture the damages to the roof which the vendors also may have not know about. It was a great end to end service delivery on the survey and the report was produced within a week of inspection.

This was my first experience in selling and buying property. Cesar and Dara conducted the survey at my property and since I was present I saw the professionalism and industry knowledge they had and booked them for my onward property survey. Cesar provided great advice and talked me through the whole process. The report was detailed and an easy read. I went back and asked questions and the response was quick. I already recommended them to another friend who is also looking for a surveyor. They made the buying process a little easier and I would definitely recommend their service.

Very happy with our experience. We had a date booked quickly and John delivered the report in a few days. It was a very detailed and thorough report. I spoke to John on the phone a few times as we went through the conveyancing process to clarify and get reassurance on a few things. He was really happy to take calls from me and remembered all the details which was really helpful.
