Rob Rhodes and Dara were superb and far exceeded my expectations. The survey was very detailed and very precise. I was present at the survey and Dara was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. First class service which far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Rob and Dara!

My second time using A&B and again, a fantastic service. Fast response to my initial enquiry, I had a date booked quickly but wanted my HB2 survey done faster and they rejigged their diary to fit this in. The follow up end of day/post survey (with Ashley Royer, surveyor) was v thorough and his advice helped me relay a little remedial work that needed doing by the seller (of property I am in the process of buying), likely saving me a not just ££ but stress post sale. I also had a separate follow up question and again Ashley was a superstar getting back to me same day. Could not fault the service, and highly recommend this surveying team.

My surveyor Ashley was lovely & friendly. He gave me a call as soon as he’d finished at the flat I was looking to buy and talked me through a few of his concerns about the property (I found this particularly useful being a first time buyer and not really knowing what to expect). I had some questions based off the things he found, which he gave me some great advice on and later I received a really thorough survey report.

On a couple of occasions I had a follow-up questions for Ashley further down the line (after some back and forth with my solicitor and more things coming up), who was always a pleasure to speak to. He was always available to respond, offered me great guidance, never made me feel rushed, and was incredibly patient throughout. I really appreciated all his help, and if I were to buy another place, I’d definitely use him again. Thanks so much!

What a fantastic service I have received from this company. My wife and I recently instructed a home buyers report for our new property. Sam Williams was fantastic at arranging this for us and made the process easy!

Booked this company to do a survey on a property we are buying, paid, and was assured the survey would be completed with the results back with us within 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks had passed, chased them up only to find out they had 'forgotten' to schedule the survey and had we not reached out, it wouldn't even have been done! Very quick to take your money but clearly their organisation is severely lacking. We were offered a small discount by way of an apology but we preferred to cancel, get our money back, and get our survey done by another - more reliable! - company instead.

My experience with Arnold & Baldwin was very good the surveyor Lee Jones carried out a very thorough inspection of the property and the delivery of the report was quick and extremely clear and detailed. I was able to speak with him directly to ask some questions which he was able to answer with clarity. If I require a survey in the future I know where to go.

A very easy process overall and a very thorough survey.

I used Arnold and Baldwin for a property survey in May 2025 and had a great experience overall but would especially like to call out Ashley the Surveyor who provided me with great detail on the property and was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable that it made the Buying experience much easier. It was a such a comfort to have someone professional and part of the process who is there to help! Ashley was so patient with me as I had to follow up a few times over two months post the actual Survey and Ashley was always happy to advise and discuss further concerns. I would highly recommend the company and Ashley.

Jerome was simply fantastic! Even after the report (which was very thorough and helpful) was finalised, he couldn't do enough to assist in explaining points and giving guidance. This was my first purchase and I very much appreciated the 'hand holding'. I would definitely recommend.

We had a level 3 survey done on a house. The surveyor missed so many things that should have been caught. Things that should have been checked but were not. Complete negligence. When we got in touch with them directly to better understand what happened they ignored us. Unprofessional.

We just threw money down the drain. We were left with issues we expected a survey to catch. Now we need to spend a ton on money to fix.

We trusted them and they dropped the ball. They completely screwed us over.

I had a really good experience working with Arnold & Baldwin. They are a friendly team. My surveyor Ashley was extremely professional and did a great job detailing every aspect of the property. He explained everything in detail and I was even able to call him again to go through the report and ask questions. His approachable manner made it a less stressful process.

I had a great experience with Arnold & Baldwin. Gethyn was incredibly helpful — he managed to find me a surveyor at very short notice, with the survey taking place less than 48 hours after my initial inquiry. His communication was excellent throughout, and he really went out of his way to help me meet a tight deadline. Sean, the surveyor, was equally efficient and professional. He gave me a clear verbal report from the survey over the phone shortly after visiting the property, followed by a full written report the next day. The whole process was smooth, fast, and reassuring. Highly recommend!
